What's New?

New Feature: Saved Views

Take control of your list pages with Saved Views! You can now save preferred filters, column layouts, sorting, and display settings as reusable views, giving you quick access to the information that matters most. Save your views based on your operational needs! Look for the new bookmark icon on supported list pages:

  • ⭐ Mark frequently used views as Favorites
  • 👥 Share views with teammates, roles, or your entire organization
  • 📊 Export results to Excel, PDF, or Datasets

Saved Views help you create personalized reports without IT support, streamline your workflow, and ensure teams are working from consistent, shareable data views. This feature is being released on 60 pages, with more to come.

Account List Evolution - Staff, Client, Users

  • Staff, Client list pages have new versions leveraging our latest UI technology, focused on the information you need for Client and Staff workflows. You can preview and use these new pages, and return to the old version at any time. We are looking for your feedback on these new pages, so please reach out and let us know.
  • A new Account list page for "Users", accessible from the System menu, shows accounts who log in, optimized for management of authentication and authorization. This is recommended for IT/System Administators as the long term replacement for the Staff list and other screens.
  • Specific External Mapping fields can be chosen for display on the grid and filters for Clients, Staff, and Program Engagement list pages. These settings can be found here: Configuration> Options> Displays and Dashboards> Display External System Mapping, and allow you to enter a technology CCID; the selected CCID will become visible on list pages.
  • Staff, Client, and Users list pages also have our new Saved Views features available.

Notes

  • A new privilege "Notes - Edit All Notes" allows users to edit any note, including notes labeled as private to individuals or groups.

Community Events

  • Community Events now support tags; Years have been added to the date filter.
