What's New?

Audit Trail

• The Audit Trail page has been refactored by adding new Quick Filters.

Custom Fields (UDFs)

• A history button (shown as "Log" on the page) has been added to Custom Fields, so users can see what changes were made to the udf, by who, and when it occurred.

Weekly Tracker

• A new report has been added that pivots hours per person, per date.
• A pop-up that provides an easy way to see what individeual infractions are being counted, has been added.
  • If you access it from the Infractions (To-date) column, you see all statuses; accessing it from the Steps Assigned column only shows the the confirmed ones.

What's Improved?

Community Events

• Certain Community Events filters have been tweaked, so they persist across sessions.
• Volunteer Hours have been changed from integers to decimal numbers, so fractional hours can be accomodated.

Staff Availability Tracker popup

• The staff availability has an Appointments in the Work Session popup that is used for attendance tracking.
  • This popup has been tweaked to be more user friendly.
    • Options have been provided to default the optional column checkboxes to a user defined list.
    • A print button has been added to the Appointments in the Work Session popup grid.

Bugs and Cosmetic Changes

Bugs

• The following bugs were fixed:
• An issue related to data type conversions in reports has been fixed. When converting bytes to strings, an issue caused the wrong string value to be displayed as a unicode characters. This has been fixed.
• An error caused by long email notifications has been fixed.
• A fix has been added so users can sort the pricing column in the Account Course Activity page when some of the entries are free and contain no price.
