Release Note Summary 1.3.68. This release note summary covers key features and changes released as of July 29, 2026.

Fields for the Birth City and Mother's Maiden Name (Mother's Last Name on Birth Certificate) have been added to the Birth Information panel in the Account Profile.
Users can now choose to continue to enter free-text locations for their clients' Housing Living Arrangements or they can choose third-party housing locations fromn their Organization list.
- The setting to use Organizations is found in Configuration Options.

Users can now optionally display Check Numbers in the Donations grid.
- This column is only visible if the option to display it has been selected and if the Check donation type has been selected in the filters. An additional column displaying Check Date also only displays when the Check filter has been selected.
The 'Pledge Age' (aging of the Pledge commitment) and 'In-Kind Type' filters now only display when the 'Pledge' and 'Gift in Kind'respective donation types are selected in the type filter list.
- This includes if they are selected as part of the multi-select filtering.

Because the Incident Portal was designed to be a simplified user interface for front-line staff to be able to enter incidents, when users create new Incidents or Medication Errors, they previously only created a basic incident which only listed a description and a title.
- A change has been made so users now have an option to be redirected to a limited version of the main application screen which will allow them to enter the incident and medication error details.
  - Please note that this new feature does not replicate the Incident Response Workflows.

Conditional Rules for Client Intake Form Pre-Screen Question have been added.
A new "Redirection after Save" option has been added to Intake Forms for Quick Refer, if referral opportunities exist.
- After the account is created, redirect to QuickRefer (work the same as the existing quick refer mode) if any prescreen business rules were processed into opportunities.
  - If none of those happened, users are redirected to the new account profile.

When a Quick Refer is completed, the popup now says how many referrals will be created, and if any referral opportunities are going to be resolved as a result, the count of those will also be displayed.
Account pre-screen questions are now integrated wih the Quick Refer page.
- The page now auto-checks divisions on the list of referral opportunities.
  - If a division referral is created that also exists as an open referral opportunity for that account, that referral opportunity will be closed.

The "All Time' date range selection option on Account Behavior Rollup pages have been removed, so pivot tables and other reporting works properly.

When creating a Success Story from a Community Eevent - the title of the community event is used as the Success Story title.
- Previously, Success Story titles were limited to 50 characters so they were always a truncated version of the Community Event title.
- A change was made to increase the number of characters for the Success Story title to 100 characters to match the Community Event titles.

The way in which a Pre-select List is created for Custom Fields has changed.
- Instead of entering the list values into a large text block (which can result in poorly formatted inputs), users can now use repeating textboxes - each row is a textbox for text and a numeric textbox for value, with options to add new rows or delete existing rows.
- This new format minimizes the mistakes that are made with a text block and makes it much easier to 'see' what the list will display.

The Incident Portal now only displays the Active Incidents and Medication Errors instead of all of them.

The Export option on the Program Client Details screen has been modified so it now exports the full dataset or only the visible and exportable columns.

The following bugs were fixed:
A bug on the Site-Location for Facility's Equipment has been fixed.
A bug that caused the Account Pre-screen Rule evaluation to not work has been fixed.
When a course price is "Free" the pricing column does not sort properly. * This has been fixed on multiple course related pages where there is a grid display and users have the ability to export that grid.
A bug has been fixed to correct the situation causing some customers to not be able to save newly created that were created from the Incident Portal.
An issue impacting the ability to save updated SSNs on Applications has been resolved.
A bug causing the pickup and dropoff segment filtering on the Transport Calendar to not work has been fixed.
A fix for the error which occurred when navigating to an Incident, after creating and linking that incident to a concern, has been implemented.
A fix was implemented to address SSNs not saving as blank when the number was removed and the 'Apply' button was pressed.

The following cosmetic items were addressed:
For consistency, the Account Type Configuration Profile Panels naming has been modified to reflect the naming used on the View / Edit Account screen.
Community Event panel word wrapping issues have been addressed.
In the Donations page, columns labeled as 'Amount' or 'Value' have all be renamed to 'Amount' for consistency.
