How do I add or remove the divisions in Quick Referrals?

The Divisions that show on the Quick Refer screen are divisions that have at least one program in them, and the program must have a status of "Open to Enrollment": and the "Supports Quick Refer" option is set to True. You can configure the "Supports Quick Refer" option in the Program Configuration screen.
