Release Note Summary 1.3.66. This release note update covers key features and changes released as of July 1, 2026.

What's New?

Applicants

  • Fallback behaviors have been added to the Applicant Portal. These behaviors allow agencies to have a fallback in case a user tries to directly access an application URL that is not available. The fallback can direct the user either to a designated application, the general inquiry application, or a custom URL.
  • A new checkbox allows agencies to hide the application portal from the main menu, even if it is active.
  • A banner now displays on the applicant scenario list if there are no scenarios set to "use for general inquiry".

Community Events

  • An export option has been added to the Gifts and Donations tab.
  • A new Success Stories tab has been added.
  • The detail report has been built out with multiple sections, including event information, contacts, impact areas, descriptions, attendance, participation, partners, and gifts.
  • There is a new optionally displayed External Link tab that allows users to link the event to external systems such as Google Driver or other websites, for event related documents or forms.
  • The ability to display the comment on the grid has been added.
  • Vendor/Organization roles can now be added.
  • Emails are now displayed on the grid.

Healthcare Events

  • The ability to Create Related Events has been added. This allows users to copy an existing Healthcare Event. When copying the event, a banner displays at the top of the page indicating the event was pre-populated with data from the original event, and when the new related event is created, it will display in the Related events tab on the original Healthcare Event.
  • A Program filter has been added. When selected, healthcare event episodes will display for people who have either a current or past enrollment, regardless of program status or dates.
    • A new optionally displayed Programs column has also been added.

My Network

  • A city and state filters were added to the My Network page.
  • The ability to configure and sort the metrics displayed by selecting from a custom or default has been added.
  • The ID has been added to the organization panels.

What's Improved?

Account Roles

  • Some changes were made to how Staff are viewed.
    • The privilege 'Staff Management - View Staff' has been changed to 'Staff Management - View All Staff'.
    • Two new privileges have been added: View Direct Reports and View Indirect Reports.

Community Events

  • Multiple changes were made to the Vendor/Organization tab:
    • Some minor icon related cosmetic issues were addressed to make the icons consistent with others on the page.
    • Some columns have been changed so they can now be optionally displayed.
    • The export functionality was changed to include all columns.
    • A minor change was made to the layout of the Edit popup window, to make is more user friendly.

My Network

  • A 'Top 5' or 'All' selector has been added to the page to reduce the data shown and make the page less cluttered.

Bugs and Cosmetic Changes

Bugs

  • The following bugs were fixed:
  • An issue related to the prescreen question business rules has been fixed.
    • A change to the rule processing engine that powers the business rules provided a benefit that removes the limitation of only allowing 26 prescreener questions.
  • A bug related to only the first vendor being selected when multiple vendors (organizations) were selected on a Community Event, has been fixed.
  • A fix was implemented for the adding and updating of gifts on Community Events. Previously, nothing happened when you tried to create a new gift or update an existing one.
  • A bug that caused the Community Event's managing organization to change when vendor organizations were added, has been fixed.

Cosmetic Changes

  • The following cosmetic changes have been made:
  • In Program Workflows, the text which is entered into the workflow step instructions now word wraps so it does not flow into other panels.
  • In the Population Analysis page, some of the filters were getting long, so a change was made to combine some of the filters to make them easier to work with.
  • Some minor cosmetic changes were made to vendors and organizations for consistency on Community Events.
