Release Note Summary 1.3.64. This release note update covers key features and changes released as of June 03, 2026.

What's New?

Applicants

  • A new "Special Needs" disability flag checkbox can be optionally displayed on the Applicant form by clicking on the Medical Information panel 'Setup' button.

Appointments

  • Users can now optionally choose to display the Associated Organization on Appointment Details, in the Configuration Options.
  • When displayed, a new Organization filter displays on the page.
  • The Appointment Type 'Required' indicator has been removed from the Appointment Details page.

Client Intake Forms

  • Field to capture the State of Birth and the Country of Citizenship have been added to the client intake form.

Community Events

  • Community Events can now be marked as a 'Template'.
  • Only users with the privilege to Edit Community Events Templates or those who 'Own' the Community Event Template can modify or delete the event.

Forms

  • A new "Partnerships" chooser mode has been added to the form 'Chooser' Data Entry Method.
  • The text displays the organization name, the start/end dates (if they exist), and the partnership CCID.
  • Only active partnerships where today is between the start and end dates are displayed in the list.

Notes

  • An 'Apply' button has been added to Notes.
  • You get an alert if you try to click Apply when the Note content is empty.

Security and Reliability

  • Because the email log can include sensitive information, we have now log the existance and nature of the message without displaying the content, for particular kinds of sent emails (example: password resets).

Services

  • An account services category filter and optionally displayed column have been added to the Services page.
  • A multi-select filter for the Service Program Acronym has been added to the page.

What's Improved?

Accounts

  • When clicking on the "Notes & Files" button, the Note Summary is sortable by clicking on the date column name but a new change now allows for the sorting of the Type and Note content columns.
  • The 'Type' column now is sortable by Goal type and the 'Note' column can now be sorted by Note content, by clicking on the column name.

Applicants

  • Because statuses have a lot of behaviors around them, Applicant Activity Statuses are no longer a user configurable lookup list.

Healthcare Events

  • A 'Type' (of event) column has been added to the display on the Related Events tab.

My Dashboard

  • On the My Dashboard clients widget, a new configurable setting option has been added to display clients "Where they are active in a program where I am a staff member".

Organizations

  • The Organization Client List used to only show clients linked to episode, schools, and providers but now also includes clients where the organization is listed as their Primary Organization Affiliation.
  • An alert now displays if you try to add duplicate partner organizations.

Similar Name Check

  • The legacy mode of the similar name check has been removed.
  • All customers using that method of name check will be updated to use the new version, which is more robust than the legacy version.

Vehicle Portal

  • "Destination", "who transported", and "check out purpose" are no longer required.
  • The panel for vendor name has been removed from the 'Log an Expense' section of the Vehicle Portal.
  • Optional instruction text blocks have beebn added to each panel on the portal.
  • These text blocks can be configured by clicking on the "Additional Settings" button on the Portal Management page, when selecting the Vehicle Portal.
  • Some initial instructions have been pre-populated to address the removed information.

Bugs and Cosmetic Changes

Bugs

  • The following bugs were fixed:
  • A fix was applied to invalid dates being assigned to datepickers.
  • A bug that prevented the names of deleted staff members from displaying in the 'User Action' message in the Audit Trail has been fixed; the name now displays.
  • A fix has been applied to the Account and the Edit Intake Applicant pages to prevent the start and end date fields for Insurance from getting prefilled with bad dates.
  • Legacy import files have been fixed so the ImportType column does not allow Null values.

Cosmetic Changes

  • The following cosmetic changes have been made:
  • "Service Recipient" has been renamed as "Associated Account" on the Services page.
