Appointments

Reschedule Wizard

Workflows which utilize IMPOWR's Schedule Appointment option now have the ability to add a reschedule feature, allowing users to reschedule an appointment from the workflow action step. Configuration is required (please reference the link below).

Appointment Status List

The appointment status filter is now multiselect, user can now view multiple appontment statuses at once by adding a check mark to the status they wish to see.

Audits

Reports

Users can now make comparisons to previously submitted audits (for the same audit name), with some new Report settings. Users can configure segment-by-segment how many (if any) previous versions of the same audit get included in the data. This would allow users to set up a report that does comparisons against the past audit, the past 3 month's worth of audits, and the past year's worth of audits, all on the same report if desired.

Related to this is a new setting that allows you to exclude the primary audit from each group when doing the comparison. For example, you may manually chose an audit for November 2022 and specify you wanted to bring in the most recent audit of the same name, to be included in your report, as a comparison. When you do that, the report will also apply the calculations for December 2021 (the most recent one I happen to have). If you don't exclude the primary audit, the resultant data from both of those audits will display. But, if you choose to exclude that primary audit, it'll exclude the one you manually chose (November 2022), so the secgment of the report will only display the December 2021 audit.

A new "header rows" feature which has been added to case audit analyses that lets you display hierarchical data in a more visually-nice way. For example, you may want to just show the audit/section name once above all rows that have the same audit/section, instead of taking up so much space to show the same audit/section on every row. You can do this now, with the "Use Header Rows" setting. This is a purely visual change, and all existing features of the audit analyses (conditional formatting, changing column names, filtering, etc) should still work when the data is displayed. If you are using pivoting or you are not using the "default" sorting option, then this new featuire will have no effect.

Contracts

Auto-Assignment of Approvers

There is a new reference library page entry for editing contract categories and default approvers (you can also access this page from the contract list via a little edit icon above the list of categories if you have privileges to the settings page). Accessing this, you can configure the list of default approvers for the contract, based on the contract sub category. You can manually choose staff to add to the list, or make the default list just the contract owner of any contract that gets created. By default, all categories use the default list. The second option is to disable any auto-assignment. The third option automatically sets the contract's owner as an approver when the new contract gets saved for the first time. The last option lets you set a list of staff separate from the default list. Extra - if you click on a contract category (not a subcategory), you also get an option to edit the account roles that have access to that category.

Projects

Project Summaries and Project Tasks can now be optionally hidden if the user does not want them displayed.

Project Milestones can now be moved from one project to another by selecting the milestone, clicing the Move icon, and then selecting the project you wish to move it to.

Reserved Words

In addition to double clicking on a Reserved Word to add it, users can now also drag and drop individual reserved words without double clicking and drop them into regular textboxes. Trying to drag/drop without double clicking won’t let you drop the Reserved Word onto an HTML editor textbox (due to those editors not actually being textboxes ), but regular textboxes work fine.
