Activity Dashboard
Metrics
On the dashboard, there is now a new option to link a page to metrics. In the Edit mode, you can set the page to link to when clicking on the metric. Once on the dashboard, click on the metric and you will immediately be brought to that page.
Audits
Audit Report Generator
When creating your own report, uou can now optionally set a delimeter, prefix and suffix to the text in text-based measures in preset segments on the Report Generator. Text-based measures are the ones like top 3 findings/recommendations, unique samples, etc., just the ones in audit analyses that show text instead of a number. The prefix can be just a bullet point, and the delimiter can be a line break followed by a bullet point, which will allow you to create a bulleted list. You can set it on grid blocks on the generated report too. For example, setting the Text Measure Delimeter, Prefix, and Suffix can render the top 5 findings on the grid as a numbered list.
The Top 5 Findings and Top 5 Recommendations have been added to the list of Measures to Show in the Audit Analysis Builder.
There is now a new option to export a generated case audit report in landscape format - click on PDF and select either the 'normal' portrait mode or PDF-Landscape for the new landscape mode output.
Programs
Key Dates
System Admins now have the ability to give access to specific roles to edit program key dates when the dates are set to uneditable for the organization. This privilege can be granted under supervisory rights with the name: Account Programs - Edit all visible key dates.
Program Scoring
Program scoring is now based off of metric groups. The metric group is added to the scoring setup in the Configuration Reference Libraries.
Provider Portal
Multi- location Option
If a provider is associated with multiple locations a drop down now appears allowing for the provider to select the correct location associated with work being completed.
Secure Messages
Users can now send secure messages to staff groups. Note you must have staff groups set up to appropriately in imPowr to send to correct group.
Users can now also send secure messages from the "My Dashboard" page. The "New Secure Message" link will appear on the left hand side under the workflow. Each role will need to be given the appropriate security to access the secure message option this can be found under the "Dashboard Rights" contact your system admin.
Users can now send a general message from the secure message page. The secure message page is found under Performance -> Communication -> Secure message. The general message button is on the top right hand side of the page.
Users can now view an entire thread of secure messages sent by clicking the "View Thread" button.
Users now have the option to hide or unhide secure messages by clicking on the eye icon anywhere secure messages are displayed.
Staff Action Plans
The ability to set a Follow notification policy has been added to Staff Action Plans, so can be notified when your staff action plan is Updated or Deleted.
Provider Assigned Goals are now user configurable in the Configuration Reference Libraries. These goals are used in the POMs (Personal Outcome Measures).
Staff Action Plan Approvals are now active. The required approver roles are: Author (required), Supervisor/Reviewer (required - shows the individual's NPI), Individual (optional), and Advocate (optional).
To sign the Staff Action Plan, users click the lock icon by the word 'draft'. Once the signature form displays, when all REQUIRED signatures are signed, the Approve button will turn orange. Click the Approve button to approve the plan. Doing so will lock the plan (and turn the lock red, to indicated so no changes can be made, but users may still continue to change the status and add notes and files). To unapprove, click the red lock button. Changes to signatures and approval status are all logged in the audit trail. A user must have the EDIT Staff Action Plan privilege to unapprove a plan.
A signature block can now be printed out, allowing individuals in specific roles the ability to sign off on the document. The Roles appears on plan and on monthly reports. Roles that need to sign are Database configurable (but not user configurable) so new ones can be added and others removed or changed, as required by the organization.
Changes made to the Staff Action Monthly report are now captured in the Audit Trail.
The ability to create a narrative for a monthly report has been added. Editing the narrative is only possible in draft mode - users will not be able to edit it once the monthly report has been approved.
