Donations

History Button

There is now a history icon 'eye' on the donor pages - clicking on it will automatically bring you to the donor summary page for that individual or that organization, where you can see all of the donations they have made.

A History Button has been added to the customer list page, just like we have on the customer order list.

Programs

Vacancy Tracking

Program Vacancies can now be tracked via a new menu item "Program Vacancies" found in the Resources module. This will allow organizations to keep track of metrics as part of their overall agency management / program oversite. When a new month starts and no programs exist with positions, users can click on the copy from prior month button to copy over any programs with positions from the prior month.

Staff Action Plans

Seperate Tab

Instead of a link within the life plan, the staff action plans have been moved to their own tab to lesson the confusion of what the listed dates and approvals pertain to. When viewing the Care Plans, there is now a column which displays the number of related Staff Action Plans.


Expected End Date

When a life plan has no end date, the Staff Action Plan summary assumes one year for "expected" activity counts.


Client Portal Viewing

There is now a new panel on the Client Portal that allows users to view the actve Staff Action Plans for that client. On clicking the program-Staff Action Plan on the Client portal, users now get to view the formatted "OPWDD style" output for the plan.


Link to Programs

When accessing a Staff Action Plan from the Care Plans...when in edit mode, the program that is displayed is now a link to the ViewProgram page. Clicking on it will bring you to the program screen provided that person has view program privileges.


Renamed Residential Checklists tab

The Residential Checklist tab has been renamed Program Operations, because it is used for more than just residential use.


Identification of daily operation note auditors

The staff responsible for auditing daily operation notes can be selected in the Staff list on the Program Details tab. The column for audits displays when the Program Operations tab is enabled. The default value for the Staff Audit function "is "Required".


Issue Tracker Update

On the IMPOWR Issue Tracker Page their is a new filter called "Contains Text" users can now type a word or words in the text the and the system will filter and show all tickets with those words in the ticket title or in the description tab text making it easier to find items.

Billing Rule Sets

Because an agency may not bill directly for staff actions and may bill 'residential days' instead, or because they may bill for Same for Day services, Billing Rule Sets were created to address those cases. A library of Billing Rule Sets can now be created on the configuration Reference Libraries page. Once a Billing Rule is set, it can be attached to a program as the program 'default' rule set, under the Program Operations tab and can additionally be optionally displayed on the program list. The Billing Rule Set panel only displays in the Program Operations tab if the appropriate setting is made in the configuration options for treatment and care plans.
