This article will explain a way to view the data definitions.
The appropriate security rights must first be granted in order for a user to
view the file import script and data definitions.
Once those rights have been granted...
- Access the Data Imports from the Data menu item in the Performance module.
- Select an import file by clicking on its Import ID.
- Select the Export Table Definition and/or Export Script button.
- Clicking on the Export Table Definition button will generate an Excel spreadsheet of the data definitions:
- Clicking on the Export Script button will generate a Notepad display of the import procedure:
