How can I indicate why someone did not submit their Wellness Check

This article will describe how you can notate the Wellness Check log to indicate the reason why someone did not submit their Wellness Check.

Access the Staff Wellness Checks from the Wellness & Visitors menu in the
Dashboards module.

  • Select the Not Submitted tab.

  • Enter a Reason for not submitting a Wellness Check from the drop-down list of reasons.

NOTE: when you select the reason "Other", a box will appear under the
selection. Enter a new reason into that box.

  • Click Save Reasons to save your entries.

The Wellness Check Reasons Lookup List is available in Configuration under the
Settings & Security menu in the System module.

Clicking on the '+' sign will allow you to add Reasons to that list. Conversely, selecting the Reason and clicking on the '-' sign will delete the Reason from the Lookup List.
