Why doesn't a client outing show on the Staff Action Monthly Report

There are actually two criteria that need to be met for the outing to appear in the Monthly Report (accessed via the Staff Action - Data Log):

  • The status of the outing must have taken place (Status = ‘Completed’)
  • The person must have participated (attendance marked as ‘attended’)

We check both these things because an Outing could have a status of “Cancelled” or “Scheduled” and might have never happened, or the Outing may have been completed, but the person was scheduled to attend but somehow did not.

If the above criteria is met, the outing will display in the Community Engagement section of the Monthly Report.
