What are Quick Incidents and how do I work with them

Quick Incidents allow a user to create a new incident in the system, when clicking on Quick Incident button on the Staff Action Plan - Work List, or when staff are performing a support for an individual.
They work act as a shortcut for creating an incident.

For example, the following is the quick incident button on the staff action – work list page:

Pressing the button, the following window opens, where the incident can be named and the incident type, and individual involved can be identified:

Upon clicking create, incident is created in the system.

Also, upon clicking create, the user brought to the incident workflow, where they can go into Edit mode and can complete the incident entry as it is normally done:

Note:

Looking at the incident that was created in the system, we see the Incident time listed as 12:00:00 Am. That is because for quick incidents we only ask for the date and not the time. The current time is not assumed, because that is more often than not, not going to be the case, since incidents are usually entered after they happen.
