When a DSP completes a Support, they can enter a Billable Service Designation.
The Services are created in the Service Inventory and are assigned to the Billing Ruleset for that Particular Program.
Whether or not the signature block shows the service selection, so it can be selected by the DSP, is not a function of the person … it is a function of the program.
To troubleshoot, check to make sure your programs are setup for staff to enter services, by viewing the Program Operations tab while in the Program Edit mode, and seeing if the proper Data Collection Support Options are selected (Custom):
You can set them to Enable Service Selection at Signing. You can also set them to Require the selection.
Be sure to save your selections!
