How can I view Staff Action Plans on the Client Portal

In order to view Staff Action Plans on the Client Portal, not only does the individual require access to that portal (via security rights), but also:

• The individual must have a staff action plan (SAP)
• The individual must have completed "supports" from the Staff Action Work Queue
• The Monthly report (on the Staff Action - Data Log) must be approved.
