In order to view Staff Action Plans on the Client Portal, not only does the individual require access to that portal (via security rights), but also:
- The individual must have a staff action plan (SAP)
- The individual must have completed "supports" from the Staff Action Work Queue
- The Monthly report (on the Staff Action - Data Log) must be approved.
