Why can't I see a client's weekly and daily goals in the SAP Supports

A Question from one of our users:

A SAP for 'Client NL' has 2 POMS goals with supports. When you go into the Staff Action - Work Queue for the program that the client is in, and choose the client, you can see the first POMS goal supports needed for staff to document on. But, when I look at the client's daily and weekly goals, the supports are not showing up. I have checked the Staff Action Plan, and it is locked, but the frequency for the supports indicates 1 time daily and 1 time weekly. I have also reviewed the plan dates, and they look correct. Why does one of the POMS goals come up but not the other?

Response:

Any time you look at the Staff Action - Work Queue, especially when you are looking for the Daily POMS Supports, you have to make sure you are looking at the correct date(s) of service.
For this particular client, when you look at their Program 'Participation' settings for the program they are receiving these supports from, the client is setup to participate in the program on selected days: Monday and Friday.

Note:

The Account Program for this client can be viewed in the Program Engagement side panel of their Account Profile. The Program Participation is set up on the Details tab of that Account Program.

In the Staff Action - Work Queue (refer to your screen captures), the date of the work activities displays in the upper left corner of the Work Queue. In your case the Staff Action - Work Queue date that displayed was for a day that was not either a Monday or Friday. So, while you were able to see the Weekly Supports, when you clicked on the Daily Supports, you did not see anything for this client. If you change the date of the Staff Action - Work Queue to the Monday or Friday's date, and then click on tab for the Daily Supports, you will see the POMS Supports for that day (that were missing when you checked previously).
