What does the Form Print View Show

Forms with over 250 questions total across all pages properly show the tabs for each page at the top of the form in both form view and print view.

If a form has under 250 questions total, in print view it should either display all on one page with no tabs, or the tabs should show. Different places forms in the IMPOWR application are configured to either show all pages at once in print view or show each page separately.
