What does Override refer to on the Staff Action - Billing Opportunities screen

When a selected service is identified for the activities performed, it displays as the DSP Selected Service on the Staff Action - Billing Opportunities screen. While many times the DSP has correctly identified the service performed for the activities, sometimes the billing team may feel a different service should be used for billing puposes. The billing team has the ability to override the selected service and replace that service with another service for billing purposes.

Even after being overridden, the original selected service is still displayed in the Staff Action - Billing Opportunities screen. But, in addition to that, the new service that overrode the original selected service is also displayed - in the Override column.
