What's New?

Account Behaviors

On the "Add New Behavior" screen, there is a new dropdown with a list of all the behaviors that the user can select.

There is also a new dropdown list filter for "Typical" or "All" behaviors. The default is "typical", limiting the list to behaviors called out in the client's active behavioral support plan (BSP).

On the "Account Behaviors" screen, there is a new "Analysis" tab.
Users can now create and assign behavior categories to a defined behavior in Configuration for behavior tracking.

Behaviors can now be required to have an intensity and duration listed so that they are mandatory fields when taking new instances of that behavior.

Behavior Intensities can:

  • be found in the configuration under "Look-up Lists"

  • be selected from the master list for each behavior in a BSP.

  • be viewed when entering new behaviors for a client.

Group Sizes

Group sizes can now be assigned to a program, on the "Edit Program" page.

The group size associated with the program will show when performing actions on the Staff Action - Work Queue page.
Then, on the Staff Action - Data Log page, it will appear as a new column.

Staff Action - Monthy Report

A new section, Community Engagement, was added to the Staff Action Monthly Report. This section lists any outings the client has had that month, along with the date and destination.

The selected tags created for that program are also displayed on the Monthly Report.

Last but not least, incidents that the client was involved in will be shown on the Monthly Report alongside the date of the incident, the type of incident, and what the client's involvement was.

Staff Action - Rejected Plans

You can now set plan statuses to rejected by sending feedback and checking the "Set Plan Status to Rejected" option.

Checking the "notify author" checkbox will send an email to the plan's author telling them it was rejected.

Clicking on the "Rejected" text will show the feedback.
Rejected staff action plans also show on the SAP list with an icon that will show all the feedback related to that plan.

What's Improved?

Billing Opportunities

On the Billing Opportunities page, users can now see a separate pop-up containing a list of the client's attended sessions.

Services being billed will now show on the Staff Action Data Log, but the column is optional and can be turned off.

You can set the service to "always audit", and have it say "required" under the audit status.

Duplicate Data

Users can now find accounts that share the same phone number.

Staff Action Plans - Subscription Limits

Subscription limits was added to staff action plans. The default is set to "unlimited" and can be edited in configuration.

Service Inventory

A new option, "Always Audit" was added to the pop-up with service attributes.

Account Merge

Several values were added to the account merge page: ImportID, Programs, and Relationships. These can now be edited when merging accounts.

Client Documents

Configuration > Reference Libraries > Client Document Types.
New options can be associated with client document types:

  • Track Document Date
  • Track Division Assignment
  • Track Category

Turning these off will disable:

  • corresponding fields on the top of the edit client document screen for that specific document type
  • corresponding columns from showing on the client document list.
