What's New?

Help Line Updates

A new button on the "New Call" screen allows the user to click a button to autogenerate an anonymous name.

Appointment Updates

When manually entering appointments for providers, you can search clients by their name, enrollment status, and CIN.
There is a new status dropdown on the "Edit Appointment" page.

Quick Refer

  • Add an option under Option & Checklists that allows the program to support Quick Refer Forms.
  • New field on organization divisions, you can now attach a quick refer form to them.
  • When quick-referring a client to a division that has a quick refer form defined, the screening popup will also include that form. You're required to fill out any required fields on the form before it will let you complete the referral.
  • A new button will show on the referral edit page that will show the answers to the required quick refer form.

Lunch Rules

For each program session, you are now able to add "Lunch Rules".

  • Are there lunch deductions or not?
  • How many minutes?
  • Auto-deduct or manual select?

What's Improved?

Status Column

Client and account lists now have "Review Status" as an optional column.
You can filter by the three review statuses: Yes, No, and Partial.

Account List

A user-defined field summary was added to the account list.
Review status is added to the Client and Account List as an optional column.
Filter for account review status was added. You can filter by yes, no, and partial.

Reports

A new report for all residential staff action-related settings was added.

Outings

A new "Reports" button was added to the outings page. You can use this button to generate a standard outing report, outing type breakdown, and attendee report.

User-Defined Field List

On the user-defined field list, there is now the option to display UDF choices.

Projects

Show the task status next to the task name on the project list.

Survey Forms

Forms can now have questions that can be assigned to a staff or client member. This can be done by picking the correct question type when creating a form.

Programs

Ability to "bulk set" a few things for selected programs:

  • Status
  • SupportsQuickRefer

New Call Screen

In the Active Call screen, there is a set of links to account-related screens.
There is a link to the most recent client consent now.

Portal Privileges

New client portal privilege:
Allow portal users to fill out their assigned forms; if the auto-client portal setting is turned on, this privilege will be granted automatically

Behavior Support Plans

When documenting a behavior for a behavior support plan, there will be a whole new page for comments.

Staff Action Plan

Client's tags now show at the top of the staff action perform screen as view-only.
When performing a staff action plan, you now have the option to enter tags under each staff support.
