What's New?

User Defined Fields

Extended UDF is a new widget added to the individual client's page.
The user can choose to make this widget visible on the Configuration page.
The user can also filter by the categories of UDF in this widget.

Custom Account Relationships

"Other" is now an option when choosing a new relationship for the client.
When selecting "Other", the user can write the relationship label.

Staff Action - Custom Goals

Users can now add goals that are not from the POMs list, as "Other" goals.
When selecting this "Other" goal, the user can specify what it is.

Instructions:

  1. Edit the program to take "Other" goal types in program operations.
  2. In Configuration, under Reference Libraries, there is a new library called "Staff Action Factor and Goals". Click on this page.
  3. Go to the "Other" category and enter the new factors and goals as you usually would.
  4. On the "Staff Action Plan" page, you can add the customized goal using the "Add" button.
  5. The customized goal will behave as any other goal.

Helpline - Call Quality Widget

The new Satisfaction Survey contains three questions that the user can rate out of 5 stars:

  1. Do you think the information will be helpful?
  2. Do you think the referral will be useful?
  3. How satisfied are you with the Navigator Service?

The user can also add a unique comment at the end of the survey.

Staff Action - Auto Refresh

On the "Edit Program" page, there is now an option to add auto-refresh to the Staff Action - Work Queue.

The user can enable this option under "Program Operations" and add the interval of time in which the page will refresh.

This will help improve the user experience when two or more members are working at the same time.

Staff Action - Billing Rulesets

Three new billing rules were added to the "Billing Ruleset" set-up screen, and are accessible for both daily and monthly rules:

  1. "Has Active IPOP" or not (active as of the date the bill is for)
  2. "Not set as X" / "Set as X", where X is a selected service type.
  3. "Has Active SAP" or not (active as of the date the bill is for).

These new billing rules can be tested using the rule tester built into the ImPowr application.

What's Improved?

Audit Trail

The metric form number used to generate an entry will now show on the audit trail.

Account List - Search

Users can now search for an account using their Date Of Birth (DOB).

Account Form List - Filter

Users can now filter by whether that form is shown in the portal or not.

Account Role - Compare

Users can now compare rows using select rows on the list and copy the privileges set to another role.
Using the "A -> B" button will modify role B for each selected row with how the privilege is set or not set on role A, and vice versa for the other button.
All role updates through this method will be audited as normal.

Billing Opportunities

The past 30 days, past 60 days, and past 90 days were added as new date filters.
Bed checks are also now displayed on this page as a pop-up.

Bed Checks

Users can now configure a billing rule for bed checks to be only available during a certain period; this interval can be set while editing a Program.

Client Lists

Users can filter by specific years on the "View Program" and "Edit Program Client Lists" pages.

Client Documents - Copy

A pop-up now appears when you are confirming a copy of a document. The list will have a submitted form attached as well as an option to copy the form submission.

Configuration Look-Ups

It is now possible to add an instruction line to the "Look-Up" lists page.
