Accounts
- A new Household grid is available via the menus and is accessible via Functional Account Role security rights.
- New Military Service and Housing Type filters have been added to the Demographics filters list on the Account List.
Assets
- A new optional column for displaying the asset's age has been added to the Asset List.
Audit Trail
- The number of rows exported, when exporting Account Goals, is now captured in the Audit Trail.
Data Quality
- New tools have been added to the Data Inconsistencies and Find Duplicate Data reports in the Data Cleanup Tool.
Diagnosis Codes
- When Diagnosis Code Favorites are set up in the Configuration Reference Libraries, the diagnosis code choosers in imPowr will automatically filter to that list of Favorites as the default.
Entrepreneurial Tools
- When deactivating customer locations, users are now prompted to automatically cancel or keep any Pending orders Link.
- A new feature is now available when editing cancelled orders - users can un-cancel an order and restore it to Pending status.
Programs / Program Engagements
- The selection of a new "show visibility expressions" checkbox in program workflows will make icons appear next to legos or categories that have visibility rules. If you hover over one of these icons, it'll tell you what the condition is for that lego to show in the workflow.
- When users edit the visibility of a program workflow action or category they'll now get a dropdown of workflow actions that display their IDs next to their names. If two actions have the same name, this should make it easier to identify the proper one. The workflow action step ID can be found in the URL line once the workflow is opened.
- The program workflow legos for verifying consent now support multiple actions. Clicking on "Create a new consent record" will automatically save the consent and complete the associated workflow step. Clicking on "View most recent consent" will load the most recent consent instead of giving me a new one. And clicking on "View all prior consent records" brings the user to the consent list for the client so they can verify which consent is the active one, or they can create a new one.
- In the program intake form configuration, when linking a program to the form, there are now new fields to prompt for the job counselor and job developer. These fields can be renamed from the program workflow to something like "examiner" and "CASAC". There's also an option to autofill these fields with your info when intaking a new person.
- When configuring Program Intake forms, there is now a new option to automatically check the checkboxes next to the displayed programs.
- A new type of question can be put on program intake forms called "Form submitter". This will show who most recently submitted the form, or if it hasn't been submitted yet, it'll show your name. This new widget essentially replaces the signature block when "electronic signatures" are not required.
- A new option is now available when configuring a Program Workflow action, if it has the type "survey/form". If there is at least one other form that was previously submitted in the same workflow using that same form, a comparison tab will display a comparison of answers with every other submission made in that workflow, with that same form. Answers entered differently for the same question are displayed in red.
