How do I cancel Pending Orders for a location which has been deactivated

Customer Pickup/Delivery Locations are found in the locations tab of Customers (found in the Entrepreneurial Tools):
When in the Edit mode, clicking on the ID for a customer location will cause a window continaing details about the location to display. In this window, not only can you enter the location's name, address, contact, default route, and pickup mode, but you can also designate whether or not the location is an Active location and view how many Pending Orders exist in the system for that location.
If you uncheck 'Active' in the location and then click 'Save', you are presented with an option where you need to set the disposition of the Pending Orders:
To cancel all Pending Orders associated with that inactivated location, select "Cancel all pending orders for this location" and click Proceed.
