Accounts

  • When Admins reset a user's account password, depending on the password rest option chosen, the Admin can now click on a single button to copy the system generated temporary password so it can be easily sent to the individual.

Program Workflows

  • In the Program Workflow, users can now configure the system to Auto Tag the account program, based on the completion of various action steps. To add new tags to the program workflow, during configuration, users need the New Entity Tags entity right for account programs. Otherwise, they'll only be allowed to pick existing tags off the list.
  • The banner across the top of workflow related pages, including at the top of the workflow form page, is now user configurable. Users can use reserved words to define what information shows in that banner at the top of the pages. The Workflow Banner settings can be found in the Configuration Reference Libraries.
  • An button has been added to the Program Workflow page to enter a "simulated" mode. The button only shows if you have the workflow edit entity right. The simulated mode indicates when any tasks or notifications would get generated, instead of actually creating them. The banner at the top indicates you're in simulated mode.
  • Pay Points have been added to Program Workflows.
  • The Start Over and Clear Decision Block buttons now display in the Program Workflow details tab. The clear Decision Block button will only display if there is at least one decision lego visible in the workflow. Upon pressing that button, the completion of all workflow actions will be removed, all date fields in the workflow will be reset, the casac, examiner, and provider organization fields will be reset (will be named job counselor and job developer by default in most workflows), all appointments created by a "schedule appointment" action step will be deleted, and all submissions of a form from a workflow action step for forms, will be deleted.
  • Client letters were removed from the Schedule Appointment workflow action steps.
  • When configuring a Client Letter, the "Reference Appointment from Action" field selections containing related reserved words in the letter will now reference the appointment created by the selected workflow action step. The PDF filename field allows users to name the PDF that is finalized when the client letter lego is completed. If the PDF is sent to the document queue, the document queue type will reflect the type it gets added as. When editing the letter users can set up the queueing behavior.
    • When choosing "no action" (the default), a PDF will be generated and the step will be completed.
    • Choosing "put PDF in queue", will generate a PDF, place it in the queue, and complete the step.
    • Choosing "template and put in queue" will not generate a PDF but, will place a templated letter into the queue and will complete the step.
After the step is completed, users can find the PDF in the files tab on the workflow screen, where they can print it or email it.

Forms

  • Questions can optionally be hidden on the forms used in Program Workflows, so that when it is changed to hidden, no entered data is lost. Submissions will return if the form question is changed to active again. If you turn the question's active flag off in configuration, it'll show grayed out on the form edit screen.
  • The ability to enter Tooltips as instructions has been added to the questions in forms.

imPowr

  • A setting has been added that controls how long the system stores Email logs before deleting them. It defaults to 3 days. If you set the value over 30, it'll just be treated as 30 days, and if you set it below 1, it'll be treated as 1 day. The setting can be found in the Configuration Options.
