Accounts

• External System ID numbers can be captured within imPowr. Users with the appropriate privileges can set up an intake form to capture the individual's ID used in other systems (technologies) to add it to the individual's account profile as a reference. External System IDs can also be entered directly into the account profile. The system (Technology) must first be set up in imPowr before the IDs can be added.
• External System Mapping Filters to search for accounts based on their other system IDs will display on the Account List if that setting is turned on in Configuration Account Types. It will also display on the Account-Program Engagements list when that is the case.

Configuration

• Substance Abuse Attributes are now user configurable. Administrators can add substance abuse routes and critera in the Configuration Lookup Lists. These attributes display and are selectable when Account Substances are captured in a form.

Entrepreneurial Tools

• A Business Inspections page has been added to track the inspections entered into the various business units. These inspections can also be exported to a spreadsheet or a dataset. Account role privileges are required to access this page.

Forms

• Forms can now be exported from one instance and import it into another. After selecting a form in the form library, an export button at the top of the screen will allow the form to be exported. An import button on the top of the form page allows the form to be imported via a form wizard,
