Assessments
- A reference to the source and also a link so that users can assess licensing needs and determine - for themselves - if they or their organization are allowed to use that assessment, is now displayed in the Assessment Tools.
Client Consents
- Our Client Consents have been built out with many new and exciting features. Including locking the consent form after it is completed, required fields, configurable design, tracking management of consents in imPowr or other external tools, etc. The consents address data management, medications and treatments, people, organizations, and special requests. Users can attach files, approve the consent form electronically, or via hand, and can have be in effect until a specified date or end-of-life.
Client Relationships
- The Client Relationship Map has been modified to make it easier for imPowr to manage family support systems and other relationships, in combination with household dynamics, thereby allowing them to have an impact on medical and social outcomes. Unlike other available software, imPowr addresses those by leveraging relationships in multiple ways related to:
- Citizenship
- Demographics
- Education
- Government Services
- Program Participation
- Service Experience
Medication Errors
- To refresh the date for when the Medication Error Points count (such as when a new medication error policy has been put in place), a configurable Medication Error Cut In Date has been added - when counting errors and points, the system will ignore anything older than that date. This date is configured in the Configuration Options.
Portals
- In order to prepare for future Portal work, the Portal Configuration has been moved to its own page, in the System Menu. Users must have the appropriate security rights to* be able to access it.
Programs
- In the Program Workflow, there is a new feature that allows users to "Start Over" and unselect all selected boxes. Any documents created and sent to the document queue continue to display there as a convenience to track what has been queued and sent. When trying to view the document, they will display an alert indicating they are no longer accessible.
Release Notes
- Users are not being made aware of updates so they fail to check the Release Notes. With this new functional right option, they will get a message that links directly to the Release Note Summaries, on the banner of their startup landing page and will persist until they dismiss it.
