This release note update covers key features and changes released as of October 5, 2025.
What's New?
Client Documents
Client documents can be now sent in Secure Messages using a new Link capability.
Notification Policies
There are now settings to configure a notification policy to the submission of a survey. The owner of a survey form can be notified each time a survey is submitted by selected 'Who to Notify' > People to be Notified: "Entity Owner".
Applicants
- The "country of origin" option is added to the Applicant Form, configurable from Demographics setup.
- The Applicant Portal is updated to support cascading selection of County → Community → Neighborhood, improving geographic filtering and aligning with existing parent-child UI patterns.
- The City field can be now set as required.
DDPs
This improvement is for customers who use a 'DPP' (Developmental Disabilities Profile) Client Document. Unused DDP reports have been removed.
Geography
The configuration setup "Country" is replaced to use "Geography", allowing configuration of countries, states, counties, communities, and neighborhoods in one place.
Reserved Words
- New reserved words are added for emergency contacts: email, name, phone, relationship

Success Stories
Minor UI updates were made to Success Stories, including default date filters, box sizing, and added filters for "Added By" and program participation.
Asset Expenses
Asset expenses had been tracked as Parts and Labor only. This change allows more flexibility on what is collected - specifically allowing a configuration to track fuel costs but flexible enough for other use cases.
- Asset expense type configuration is updated to support optional fields and custom quantity labels.
- Asset expense edit form is modified to show/hide fields based on expense type and also to save the quantity to a new field: dblQuantity.

Activity Dashboard:
New icons are added to dashboards to support toggling between Pie, Bar Charts and table view.
Dashboard 'deep linking' via target windows is now enabled, supporting links to other tabs on the same dashboard (i.e. a link to select a specific dashboard tab.)
A new text filter can be now enabled for Activity dashboards using the reserved words @DashText1-4 in dataset query.
A row counter is displayed on top for the tabular panels.
The Dashboard Tabs Export now works with metrics and imports properly.
Program Workflow
- The height for a Workflow Step Type of Monitor is now adjustable.
- A new Workflow Step Type is added to assign an Account Form, allowing configuration of form and initial status. On execution, the form is assigned, and the user is redirected to it.
Forms

Added configuration support for chooser widgets with optional parameters; allows specifying dependencies (e.g., State for County chooser) during setup to enable dynamic filtering.

A Division chooser option is added to EditFormQuestion, allowing selection of divisions within the current organization.

The County chooser specific to a state is now added to the forms.
Programs
Added host address and active/inactive status, fixed host grid sorting, enabled go-to-date on the residential calendar, combined reports into a multibutton, and added an unassigned report.
Duplicate Name Check
- Enhanced the Client Intake Form to support our updated Duplicate Name Check features (V2), similar name check mode, showing conditional identity fields (email, phone, gender, sex, state) and enforcing new validation rules based on settings.
- The new duplicate name check is also implemented on the Applicant Intake page (following "Save & Convert into Account".)
Customer Invoices
"All" field is added to dropdown filter Business Unit.
UI modifications
Streamlined portal UI by hiding unused buttons, renaming status filter to “Optional Columns,” and showing view icon only when documents exist.
Assessments
Added configurable task prompts to assessment scoring, allowing users to create follow-up tasks with default names and instructions based on score ranges.
What's Improved?
Survey Submission
The survey submissions formatting "disappearing" problem is now fixed.
Also, a new Question Summary option is added as a bulk option with View Submission Summary and View Pivot. The question summary is a report for one question but lists all submissions. (i.e. not limited to 50; a pivot is limited to no more than 50).
Account Service
Fixed problem when loading Account Services.
Population Analysis
The Group Representation tab now shows counts of distinct Accounts with matching profile items instead of total profile item instances, providing a more accurate representation of account-level engagement.
Behavior List
Only the Behavior list privilege is now required to access the page.
Individual Plan List
The problem with "select all" has been fixed.
Facilities
The Lease months, Accumulated Rent (total), Accumulated Total Due and Balance Due (total) are displayed only when client has Lease End.
Transport Reports
Clarified the labels on Transport reports and made consistent.
Functional Privileges
Treatment-related privileges are renamed for clarity:
Treatment Plans → Individual Plans
Treatment Plan Summary → Individual Plan Summary
Treatment Medical Director → Medical Director Worklist
Treatment Calendar → Individual Plan Calendar
Configuration
A new 7th status has been added to the SYS_ExamStatuses fixed table.
Account

Services: Some customers were experiencing a problem with Account Services not loading. This problem is now resolved.

Profile: The Country dropdown in an Account Profile is now replaced with a Country "Chooser" featuring a USA shortcut; the State dropdown now activates when USA is selected and defaults to “Not Specified” if unset.

Program Forms: Forms assigned through Account Program pages are now displayed with account forms.

Program Form List: Form dropdown filter on AccountFormList page now include forms assigned via Account Program, resolving missing entries and aligning with updated assignment logic.
Notification Policies
The notification policies delete error has been fixed.
Account Services
When a service is performed as group, the services is renamed to account-services.
Secure Messages
The secure messages icon is made consistent across medical direct work list, client documents, and individual plan list.
