Release Note Summary

Technical Summary 1.3.50: This release note update covers key features and changes released as of October 19, 2025. This summary also includes releases 1.3.49.2 and 1.3.49.8.

What's New?

Program Workflow

  • 'Assigned Forms' tab visibility is now configurable.
  • The "Save and Mark the Step as Completed" screen now refreshes with the lock.
  • Customizable completion and uncompletion prompts for workflow steps with popup messages are added, shown based on configured text.

  • "Add Note" is added as a workflow step to Program Workflows. Once completed it's added to the Notes tab on the Program Workflow page.

  • Added new visibility rule support for workflow-assigned Forms, enabling conditional logic based on the most recent completed submission linked to a specific workflow step.

Residential Calendar

  • Service provider (Host) view is added to residential calendar, and client selection is enabled for ad hoc services.

  • Provider Summary report on residential calendar now shows itemized activity per host for a selected time period.

  • Client Summary is added to reports on residential calendar.

  • Itemized and Roll-up reports for Host Summary are added on residential calendar.

HTML Text Blocks

A copy button is added to the HTML Text Blocks page.

Registration Portal

The parent information is now configurable to be optional, with options "same as student" or "other".

Date Picker

Today's Date and a "Today" button on the date picker is improved for better visibility and quick selection.

Program Clients

Start Date and End Date can be now bulk updated.

Account Review

  • History is added to fields for Account Review.

  • PCP, Emergency Contacts, Relationships, Insurance programs and Alternate Names/Aliases are added as a field to account review Map fields to current group panels.

  • Configuration of Account Review has been streamlined.

  • Employment information is added to Account Review as a link.

  • Account Aliases now have History.

Program Appointments

The Appointment Popup on the Program Clients tab is updated to support configurable defaults. It defaults to the Current Date and Time and a one-hour appointment. Now, there an option to set a default time range (e.g. 4pm - 6pm) and for the default date to be blank.

Staff Action Audit

A banner is added to the Staff Action Audit page with "Division name: Program name".

Account Profile

A new link is added to Client Profile > Medical panel which redirects to 'Recent incident with Injury'.

Client Documents

  • 'Expired' column is added to Client Documents with values Yes/No.
  • Currently Expired and Not Expired are added as dropdown values for Expiration filter.

Similar Name Check

There is a new page added for Similar Name Configuration. This is found in Configuration => Reference Libraries => System settings => Similar name check. See screen shots below that illustrate capabilities.

What's Improved?

Outings

  • Driver chooser now uses driver-specific mode instead of general account selection.
  • Filters now work properly with date, comments, and empty vehicle chooser rows, and filter logic is improved to ignore invalid default values and ensure reliable cascading across dropdowns, tabs, and date ranges.

Mailing List

Mailing List functionality now has improved error handling and logic flow, including proper handling of lists with recipients that do not have emails.

Duplicate Name Checker

Similar Name checking during status update has been improved.

Assessments

Question Style Assessments can be now displayed in the Client Portal.

Applicants

  • The Applicant Form view is updated to show submission date in the Submitter Information block and moved Referral Date to the Program section.
  • The sort order from Applicant Scenario configuration is applied to Applicant View.
  • The Quick Convert to Account Option is made configurable, with default turned on.

Program Client

Program Client filters are improved to validate the sort field before sorting.

Account

  • Account counts for Services, Program Engagements, Communications, and Forms display the actual counts on side panel.

  • External Mapping: An app setting is added to auto-create a default technology mapping for new accounts. (e.g. Use this feature to generate a data mapping for TransportID for every new account.)

  • Account Consent: The account consent page is now working as intended.
  • Reserved words: Relationship display on face sheet depended on direction of relationship creation; now supports consistent rendering whether added from client or parent.
  • History is added to Phone and Email. Auto-add to history can be enabled from configuration.

Assessments

  • The Tasking error on saving Assessments is now fixed.
  • The Assessment Tasking due date is now configurable from Assessment Design.
  • The Assessment due date auto refreshes when an assessment is completed.

Secure Messages

The behavior of Secure Messages on the Edit Employment page now works consistently compared to the View/Edit Account page.

Asset expenses

The asset expenses date filter is now working properly.

Contact List for Printing Mailing Labels

Contact Labels have been updated: button is now 'Account Mailing Labels'; only allows Accounts to pass through to the label printer; displays a warning when no labels fit the account criteria.

Medication Errors

  • Staff Medication Errors Points are now visible, and dates and times are formatted on the Medication Error Summary page.

Facility Inspection

  • The export value error on Facility Inspections is now resolved, and the Facility Inspection edit screen fields now properly display as blank.
