This release note update covers key features and changes released as of September 12, 2025.
What's New?
Population Analysis
- The tab Group equilibrium is renamed to "Group Representation" and Life Experiences, Circles of Influence, and Talents & Interests tabs are added to population analysis this tab.
- A Status in Program filter is added.
- A View icon is added to panels to view the accounts related to representation.
Client Intake Form:
Community and Neighborhood can now be added to the Applicant Intake Form, configurable from the applicant contact information setup.
Residential Calendar
- Bulk setting of residential statuses is now supported.
- Statuses are color-coded for improved visual clarity.
- Side panel added to display services and residential history; services can be added directly from the panel.
- New filters for client status in program and client list are introduced.
- Attendance tracking now includes detailed status and identifies the assigned service provider.
- A completion and locking feature has been added to finalize attendance records.
- Invoices can now be generated based on service provider activity.
- A new service provider view is available for reviewing schedules and attendance.
Applicants
- Applicant portal: UI label for demographic field on applicant portal is updated to ensure consistency and the Applicant name panel for the general inquiry now displays properly.
- Optional column Age is added to Applicants page.
- The Date of Birth (DOB) on an Applicant's page now requires that it can't be set in the future.
- Applicant Intakes can be now made age-restricted and zip code-restricted, which can be configured in Program Settings.
Program Client List
- Optional columns: Age, School Grade, Race, Ethnicity, Gender, Appt1–Appt4 were added.
- Sorting was enabled for all columns in the grid.

The Workflow Verification popup was updated to support descriptions, allow statuses to be hidden, and display instructions when available. Status descriptions and visibility can now be managed via lookup lists.

The Program Workflow can be now locked/unlocked based on Account Role. This can be configured from Program Workflow settings. The Workflow can be configured to lock after a step completion.
Survey Form Notifications
Survey Form Submissions can now be notified using Notification Policies.
Account Behaviors
The Behavior trends chart is added to Account Behavior screen with toggle option. It now supports all the filters as well.

Account Review
Enhancements are made for Default Mode.
- Fields are now configurable and grouped into panels.
- Each panel has review date and review history.
- Fields within panels are editable.
- Role-specific Account Review setups are implemented.
- Admins can configure default groups per role.
- Panels now belong to review groups, linked via foreign key.
- Account roles can be assigned a default review group.
- Backward compatibility is ensured by migrating existing panels to an initial group.
- Review group selection is based on user role when viewing Default mode.
Organization Chooser
A new City filter is added to Organization Chooser.
Reserved Words
- New reserved words [MyAcctGovtServices] and [AcctGovtServices] are added to Account.
- Relationships are now displayed with the reserved word [AcctContacts].
What's Improved?
DDPs
This improvement is for customers who use a 'DPP' (Developmental Disabilities Profile) Client Document.
- A red flag icon is now shown on the Program Engagements page for accounts with multiple DDP2 entries; clicking the icon redirects to the most recent DDP2.
- The DDP filter labels are made consistent.
- DDP coverage is now ended when the client program coverage ends.
- Program Engagements: A new optional column DDP1 is added to Program Engagements page.
Notification Policies
Qualifiers for the notification policies are refined into Standard Filtering, and Advanced Filtering, and an additional Audit Message text filter "does not contain" is added to standard filtering.
Facility Dashboard
Work Order labels are renamed to "Tasks" and now display "No address" or "No phone" when profile data is missing.
Medical Director Work List
The "Approval Status" filter is added to the Medical Director Work List page.
Diagnosis Code Groups
Add/delete options are added for ICD 9, ICD10 diagnosis code groups codes.
Session Print
To properly handle large exports, there is now a Support Log Export limit set to 1000 characters, keeping the display characters full length.
Dashboard
The "Show all" feature on a dashboard is renamed to "Reset Layout".
HTML Textbox
The yellow banner is hidden on all text view except for Face sheet printouts.
Staff Action Audit View
The Medicaid/CIN field is added to Audit View for Staff Action Data Log.
Activity Dashboard
- Recent updates on the Activity Dashboard are now also added to the Duplicate tab.
- The date ranges on metrics are made optional.
Account Merge
Treatment Plan Assessments and Account Assessments are added to Account Merge.
Secure Messages
The Secure Message feature is now available from View/Edit Account, View/Edit Account Program, Account Program Engagement, and Account List.
Community Events
The simple toolbar from display options is removed. Impact areas (default to checked), permits (default to checked), and registration (default to not checked) are made optional.
Campaigns
- A warning flag has been added to alert users when a single event is linked to multiple campaigns, helping prevent potential double-counting of revenue and cost.
- The View/Edit Campaign screens now show linked events with detailed finances and roll up totals, including previously excluded income and expenses.
Account List
The "Status in Program" filter now defaults to "All".
Custom Fields / UDFs
The preset list option on Value configuration is now available for Assets and Contracts.
Board Portal
- Special Announcements panel layout is updated to utilize full width for text display.
- The text overflow issue on the Board Member Home for long announcements has been fixed.
Account Status Wizard
Cosmetic changes are made to the Account Status Wizard for a better user experience.
Staff Action Data Log
- A goal filter is added to the Activity Summary tab.
- The Auto Size columns on "Staff Action Log – Supports Itemized" report is disabled.
- The duplicate page load issue on the Sessionprint page has been fixed.
Configuration
- Clarified naming on lookup lists "Reason for Leaving a Job" and "Reason for Leaving a Program".
- Note that Reason for Leaving a Program in IMPOWR Reference Libraries is to set up Categories.
Activity Monitoring
Broken HTML in the Email log screen and export formatting issue is fixed.
Forms
A warning is added when the required phone field isn't completely entered.
Staff Action (SAP) List
- Account ID filter now remembers the selection.
- A warning is added for overlapping SAP dates for bulk update start date and bulk update end date.
