This release note update covers all the features and changes done between the dates of 7.15.2024 - 8.02.2024

What's New?

Assets

The Asset page now has access to cost allocation.

New Filters:

  • Cost Allocation

  • Checkin Comment

Now when editing an asset or checking out a vehicle, the user can update the cost allocation or the driver.

Program Intake

Once Intake Appointments are added to a Program [Program Configuration, under Intake Settings], the user is able to add appointments through the Clients Tab on the Program Page.

One new column will appear, titled Appt1. If there is an appointment, the title and date will appear, otherwise, it will say "None". Clicking on "None" will cause an appointment pop-up to appear, allowing the user to input a new appointment.

This only pulls the data from account programs. For an appointment to be tied to an account program, it still needs to be created from the appointments tab on the workflow screen, or the workflow directly.

Session Attendance Report

The user can now see which days of the week participation was missed, and those will be entered in a report.

This widget is accessed through the eyeball widget on the Clients Tab under the Program's page.

Work Queue Dashboard

To set up a Work Queue Dashboard, when setting up a program dashboard, set up a tab called "workqueue" (not case sensitive - but do not add spaces).

Then when on the work queue, click the report icon to get the Work Queue dashboard.

Dashboard Widgets

When editing a dataset, the user can now control which datasets can be visible on a program's dashboard. In order to set this up, first open the "Edit Config" link.

Then, add a new value called "VisibleForProgram" EXACTLY as written with no spaces and uppercase first letter. The value should be the program ID of which program the user wants to display the dataset on.

Staff Action Plans

Staff action plans now check for whether two plans are overlapping or have a gap. When setting the status of an existing plan to active, if there is another plan in that program that is active and overlaps/has a gap, a pop-up will appear to warn the user.

Then, the user can either deactivate one of the overlapping plans, continue with the date discrepancy, or adjust the end dates of the plans to a valid date.

Appointments

There is a new bulk option to cancel intake appointments within a program!
This is available in the program's client tab, and the user can either cancel or delete the appointments.

EVV Reports

EVV denial reports now only list people associated with programs that require EVV.

Bed Checks

The Bed Check Screen now has arrows that allow the user to navigate from day to day.

Program Sessions

The Program Session Screen now has arrows that allow the user to navigate from day to day.

Reports

The Mileage by Department report has been modified to include Outings.

Datasets

Now when copying a dataset, the Assigned Roles will also copy over to the new dataset.

Transportation

The Transport Calendar and Request Screen now have Google Maps links available!

Incident Status

Incident Statuses have had a couple of changes.
To see what statuses show on the portal, the user should go to Lookup Lists > Incidents > Incident Statuses.

To see what status incidents are set to after reviewing and approving from the portal, the user should go to Options > Portals > Incident Portal Home.

Outings

The Outing page now has new filters and columns to account for vehicles!

Filters:

  • Cost Allocation

  • Has Driver

Columns:

  • Cost Allocation

Staff Action Plans

There is a new privilege for unapproving plans!

If the user does not have that assigned to them, the application will not allow them to unapproved plans with a corresponding pop-up.

Care Plan Summary

New filters were added to the Care Plan Summary Page!

  • Division

Staff Action SAP List

Two new bulk options were added:

  • Set Start Date
  • Set End Date

Billing Auditing

Session information was added to the audit screen for that client and program on that date.
It only shows if the program has sessions defined.

Billing Opportunities

New Filter:

  • Included Order
  • Exclusion Checkbox
  • Non-Billable: Shows ONLY the non-billable items

Odometers

New Alerts for Odometer Errors:

  • Added pop-ups to notify users if they enter a negative odometer reading while editing assets or completing transport routes.
  • When a Check Out odometer reading is lower than the initial reading, a pop-up alert will now appear.
  • A red note on the Vehicle Portal will show details of the odometer error.
  • Improved feedback by highlighting specific problems in red if the odometer input is incorrect.

Programs

There is a new alert for programs when deleting a session with information logged in it!

Session Attendance Reports

The session detail page has a new Attendance Summary Report:

Configure Program

The Default Setting for New Actions was added to the Program Configuration under "Daily Activity & Work Queue Options"

Other Programs Pop-Up

The user can now add new program pop-ups from the Program Configuration page!

This can be accessed through the "Program Pop-Up" tab.
The user can make it a Custom Link, Account Dashboard Link, or a link to enroll a client in another program!

Clicking on the text button on the workflow page activates the pop-up.

Staff Action Data Log

New Filter:

  • Division

Ledger Page

The Ledger Page has had a couple of updates:

  • Ledger Name Filter
  • Ability to associate a ledger with a program
  • Program Filter
  • Account/General Filter

Case Audits

Case Audit team members can now be emailed and notified from the Case Audit Screen.

Mailing List

The Mailing List now has an instruction line at the top of the pop-up.
The Account Type can also be visible on the export view.

Workflow Closeout Step

New closeout workflow step type. To save this, select one of these three options: "Enter Status, Enter Reason for Leaving, or Enter End Date"

On the workflow, this shows as a popup and lets the user set the options you enabled. Saving the popup will refresh the workflow to reflect changes made by changing the status

Data Cleanup

New Data Cleanup Reports Added!

  • with no diagnosis (clients only)
  • with no primary diagnosis (clients only)
  • with no active or primary diagnosis (clients only)
  • with no emergency contact (clients only)
  • with no mailing contact (clients only)
  • with undefined relationships (clients only)

Maximum Billing Units

The user can now see the maximum billing units on the Billing Oppurtunities page!

Forms

New pickers were added to form elements:

  • citizenship
  • nationality
  • race
  • ethnicity

Workflow

New Program Configuration Options:

You can now hide the Status, Case Number, and Reason for Leaving fields on various screens. These options are off by default.
Workflow Step Tags:

Added a new option to set which tags are added or removed based on the specific decision made in a workflow step. This works similarly to existing auto-tagging settings but applies only to the selected choice.

Client Documents

There is now an ability to change a client document type. It can only be changed to types that are ACTIVE and that the user is allowed to access based on their security role.

Summary Reports

Two new optional sections to the Monthly Plan were added! Summary Notes and Staff Activity. Once they are added to the Configure Program, they it will show on the monthly reports.

Session Checkout

In Configure Program, under "Daily Acvitity & Work Queue Options" there is a new widget for Session Time Data Entry Bevhaior.

Staff Activities

When auditing an action record, the staff activities will show on the right side of the page.
