This release note update covers all the features and changes done between the dates of 8.02.2024 - 8.16.2024

What's New?

Weekly Tracker Page

A new Weekly Tracker page was added!
To access it, enable the correct functional privileges were added to the account role.

To assign activities to a specific program, enter the program configuration.

To assign infraction types, go to the reference library under configuration and search for infraction type.

The Weekly Tracker page has two bulk actions available to the user

• Clear all infractions
• Add infraction

When on the Weekly Tracker page, the user can:

• Select a day and fill out the necessary information
  • Press the Save button per day to save the information
• Check the weekly summary by the new icon at the beginning of the week.

Vehicles

Vehicles can now only be driven by authorized drivers. This is in accordance with New York State laws. Please contact a CCS team member if a mass data change needs to be done.

A cost allocation selector was also added defaulting to the driver's default department.

What's Improved?

Reserved Words

Two new reserved words were added!:

• [MyAcctNationality]
• [AcctNationality]

Pay Points

Pay points now have a file support function! Add and edit files just as in any other location in the program.

Moving Files

There is a new option on the File Grid on the Account edit page.
After selecting one or more files from the list, the user can move them to an Account-Program.

The same functionality exists in reverse on the account program, where the files can move to the personal account.

Client Insurance

Changes were made to the Care Management Widget:

• Start Date added
• End Date added
• Billing Order added

New Icon

A new notebook checkmark icon is displayed on the Course Session page if any forms are assigned!
This will change to a regular notebook icon when the form is unassigned.

New Dashboard

New dashboards for Quality and Utilization were added!
Apply the correct functional privileges to access the pages!

Lower Odometer Value

A new privilege was added to allow entering a lower odometer value than the current odometer! With this added privilege, the user will encounter a pop-up before allowing them to continue with the negative number.

Form Field Mapping

New fields added to Data Mapping for Editing a Form Question:

• Nationality ID
• Nationality Name (Read Only)
• Citizenship ID
• Citizenship Name (Read Only)

Account Program Engagements

Two new optional columns were added:

• Last Step
• Last Step Date

Two new filters were added:

• Last Step Name
• Last Step Date Range

Billing Opportunities

A new column was added to Billing Opportunities:

• Overlap

Billing Rules

New Rules were added to Billing Rules:

• Earliest Client Check-in happened Before 3:00 PM
• Earliest Client Check-in happened After 3:00 PM
