Release Note Summary
This release note update covers all the features and changes done between the dates of 4.08.2024 - 4.22.2024.
What's New?
Facility Inspection
New attributes are available on facility inspections!
The attributes added are:
- Estimated Cost
- Actual Cost
- Labor Hours
- Travel Hours
- Cost Summary Report
The fields are shown on the Facility Inspection Grid.
Program Engagement Log Page
New Program Engagement Log page! This can be found under the Engagement section in the main menu.
The page shows the rows for all people enrolled in a program in the date range (based on start and end date).
For each, columns show counts of various types of interactions and activity.
Selecting the un-invoiced rows and clicking the 'generate invoice' button will (a) generate an invoice, (b) generate a Pay Point, and (c) add the Pay Point to the invoice for each of the selected rows.
If already invoiced, the row is skipped.
If it has a Pay Point but has not been invoiced, Impowr will create a new Pay Point (that may be changed later) and link that one to the invoice.
Transportation Reports
Two new Transport Reports were added! A Client Account Default report and one that breaks out mileage by department.

Invoices With Pay Points
Invoices can now have pay points with OBUs or RVUs units, with either the default or converted rate.
The rates can be set in the Options tab on the Configuration page.
Time Studies
Wage Tests was renamed to Time Studies!
The expired filter can now show all expired or non-expired tests, and if a test is expired, it says so on the grid. It is now a multi-select.
When creating a time study using data pulled from the work log, it no longer asks the user to input a quantity. It only needs a date range now, and it'll sum up all the work done and how long it took to do that work from within that range.
What's Improved?
Contracts
Contract work types now have a sort order field. Work types now get sorted by their sort order, then by the work type name. Ones with no sort order end up being sorted first. The Work Log will also function this way.
New Bid Information and Quality Plan fields on edit and view Contracts.
The Eligible Staff popup on contracts now shows all the people with a time study for the selected work type, not just the ones on the contract. The pop-up has an additional column that indicates if each client is on the contract or not.
A new reserved word was added: ContractQualityPlan.
Outings
If there is a vehicle specified and the outing is set to "Completed", the user can now enter a department under the new cost allocation section.
Invoice List
The user can now enable or disable the comments from the list view.
Programs
Screening questions can now be assigned to a program!
Quick Refer
On the Quick Refer page, if referred to a program or division that has screening criteria, the user will get the screening popup!
Now, each referral will have a section to put in comments. This is where the program-level screening questions will be. When the referral is created, both the division-level and program-level responses will be saved in the referral's comment field
Activity Dashboard
The Activity Dashboard now has a program filter!
Accounts
Accounts now have an attribute for Transport Requests!
Clients
Several new columns have been added to the show additional columns option on the Account List page!
These columns all show on the client list, non-client list, and staff list.
Transportation
Changes to the Transportation Page:
Red Flags are now a multi-select combobox
Red Flags can be set prior to saving
Client Accounts
A new attribute is now available to relationships called "Transport Contact".
Work Log
The work log now shows the client's current time study percentage for that work type.
It also calculates what their percentage would be if a time study was done with only that row's data.
Account Program Engagements
The program filter on Account Program Engagements is now a multi-select combo box instead of a dropdown list!
Staff Action Data Log
The Staff Action Data Log now shows staff action monthly reports where the start and end date of the plan overlap with the month that the user is currently viewing.
