Release Note Update

This release note update covers all the features and changes done between the dates of 3.25.2024 - 4.08.2024.

What's New

Outings

​There is a new Quick Outings option that is available on the Work Queue.

Clicking on the icon will allow the user to enter all the necessary information in a pop-up. Clicking create will take the user to the outing view page of the new outing.

Contracts

There is new data on the eligible staff popup on contracts.
Clicking the client name displays the client's profile, and clicking the eyeball displays the most recent wage test for the given work type.

Care Plan Approver

There is now a Care Plan Approver Sign-Off page!

The template can be edited in Configuration, under Text Blocks.

Programs

When attempting to copy programs, there is now a new pop-up that asks the user which items they want to copy from program to program: General Information, Assigned Staff, and/or Assigned Projects.

Odometer Values

There is a new odometer value (Max Miles per Trip) that the user can enter, and it defaults to 1000.

It can be edited in Configuration, under Options.

If the check-in and check-out times are greater than this number, the user will get a pop-up to confirm that they entered the right numbers.

Notifications

A new scheduled notification type was added!

It will send a notification when a client's most recent completed wage test for a certain type is nearly 180 days old. To dismiss this notification, the user has to create and complete a new wage test for the client and the same work type.

Staff Action Billing

There are three new billing rules for daily billing rulesets: Number of supports at the community, at home, and any other location.

When copying projects, Impowr will make a copy of all projects assigned to the selected programs (and those projects' milestones and tasks) and link the copied projects to the new programs.

Rule Tester

The Rule Tester now has a new and improved log of what it is testing and what is failing.

What's Improved

Work Log

Pay Mode and Hours were added as new columns to the Work Log.

Income

When viewing income, the system checks to see if the account the user is on is associated with a family account. It will show all the income information for all the members of the client's family.

Wage Tests

Contract Status and Age were added as new columns to the Client Wage Tests page.

ID and Expiration were added as new filters and wage tests are now able to be filtered by all active contracts.

On the Wage Test Evaluations, the values for work being done and how long it takes to do the work are now separate values that the user can enter. The Question Mark Icon will now show the new wage test calculation.

Projects

A new column was added to the View and Edit Project Milestones Page: # of tasks.

Time Tracking

New time tracking fields on the staff action perform page. They can be set to required as well, which is enforced when the user tries to complete the step.

Care Plans

On Care Plans, there is now an optional 'current programs' column and the option to bulk update care plan owners.

On View and Edit Account, a care team is listed; Both now have status filtering- with a default of "Active".

A new option for Care Plans was added to the Account Status Wizard. It can be added in Configuration, under Reference Libraries, after clicking on the account status wizard configuration.

When changing an account status, it'll give you the option to reassign or remove them from any care plan they are an owner of

A task tab and grid have been added to the Edit Care Plan screen.

Donations

On Donations, the campaign dropdown is now a multi-select filter, and there are now options to enable and filter by the Target Fund column.

Health Care Events

On Healthcare Events a column was added for Discharge Date.

Program Insights

Scoring Tools can be added to Divisions now!

Programs in that division will inherit the division's list of scoring tools if the program doesn't have any explicitly defined. The divisions' scoring tools will automatically be applied if a program has no scoring tools.

This is reflected on the program insights page

Client Documents

When a client document is locked, the user can add and edit files and notes.

Staff Action Logs

On the Staff Action Data Log, the expected billing service for a row can be changed from what the person who performed the action saved.

New optional columns on the Staff Action Data Log page, default to off. The presence column is now optional but defaults to showing.

Staff Action - Perform

When performing any staff action, the location can now be selected from a dropdown of predefined options.

Staff Action - Billing

Account programs with programs that have billing rules can now enter billing units (Any integer greater than 0).

Transportation

Now, during the completion of the route, the user must specify the department that will get charged.

The default selection is the department of the route.
