Release Note Update
This release note update covers all the features and changes done between the dates of 3.11.2024 - 3.22.2024.
What's New
Community Events
Community Events can now be linked to Programs under the new "Event" tab when editing a Program.
The program that is linked is now shown on the event list and on the event profile.
What's Improved
Account Behaviors
A print button and a follow button were added to the Account Behaviors page.
Referrals
A follow button was added to the Referrals page, allowing the user to track specific referrals.
Appointment Details
Appointments now have a button that allows the user to send emails to all attendees.
This can also be found in the appointment details.
Projects
Projects now have a Milestone Calendar.
The Program Details tab now has a chooser to select a non-associated projects.
The user can see the project list in View and Edit Program as well.
The Projects page now has a filter for associated programs.
When editing an individual project, the user can now add and delete from the Goal List.
The goal list can be enabled or disabled by a filter.
Documents
Now copying a client document will also copy the approvers. The approvers will still have to approve the new documents.
New Reserved Words for Client Documents:

AuthorTitle
AuthorNPI
Channel Threshold
There is now the option to set a threshold when configuring channels. It defaults to 300 seconds.
Staff Action - Work Queue
There is a new button on the Staff Action - Work Queue that takes you to the Client Finance Summary page. User accounts must have the privledge in order to view this button.
Outing
The Outing comments now shows on the Staff Action Monthly log.
Contracts
On the Contracts page, there is now a program column and filter for associated programs, it only shows programs with contracts on the program list.
Users are now able to add a new work type when setting up a contract.
When viewing labor, users are now able to see how many and who is eligible without having to go to the client's tab.
Work Types
The work type chooser now shows if the work type is contract-specific and can filter for general or specific contracts. The application will indicate if a work type is tied to a contract.
Wage Tests
On the Wage Tests summary page, it now shows only the contracts that have wage tests associated with them.
Program
A project list was added to Programs with a chooser to select a non-associated event or re-assign an existing event.
Users are now able to attach impact areas to programs through a new configurable lookup list.
It is displayed on the community event summary with a filter for the programs attached.
Staff Action Log
New reports were added to the staff action log.
Client 1099 or W2 Pay Groups
A new dropdown for the new payment modes was added (1099 or W2). Users can now assign this to individual clients.
Work Log Invoice
New view options for invoices linked to contracts.
New invoice options on the work log. The invoice number column is also a link to the invoice if the user has the Page - Invoices privilege.
Users can now export invoices in W2 or 1099 format and the work log entry associated with that invoice will get locked.
New reports were added to the Work Log Invoice: Too many hours with no lunch, missed work days, and no payroll entries in the period.
Session Attendance Overlap
Navigation was added as an option in Session Attendance to track any overlaps.
Helpline Interaction Log
A reports button was added to the helpline interaction log.
The button only appears when:
- a helpline is selected
- the selected helpline has reports
School Portal
SSO is now enabled for the school portal.
Staff Action New Billing Rules
The new billing rule," prior to certain time", was added.
Billing Opportunities
Users can now click on the session minutes number in the staff action billing opportunities grid for daily billing rulesets.
Applicants
There is a new status for applicants called Duplicate.
Form Library
Form types now show as a list on the left of the Form Library page.
Form categories can be chosen through a dropdown on the top of the page alongside the previous filters.
