What's New?
Fire Drills
Fire Drills can now be accessed from the Staff Action - Work Queue through a new button on the navigation bar.
Program Staff Action - Settings
The Comparasion Report is now available when editing a program, under the Operations Tab.
Clicking the "View Settings Comparison Report" link will generate the report with a newly added column that displays the selected client document types.
Appointment
Multi-appointments are now available! They function similarly to multi-tasks, allowing the user to create a series of appointments.
When entering a multi-appointment, the user must enter the interval of which the appointments will appear.
There will be a banner displaying the series on top of the Appointment page.
When saving an edit, the user will have to confirm whether it is for the series or the individual appointments.
When deleting an appointment, the user will have to confirm whether it is for the series or the individual appointments.
What's Improved?
Account Behaviors
When entering a new behavior for an account, the time must now be entered as separate hours and minutes, rather than a duration.
Client Group Filter
A Client Group filter was added to the Care Plans and Care Plans Summary pages.
The user can filter plans by the client group attached to them.
Staff Action - Perform
A Documents button was added to the side panel when performing an action on the Staff Action List - Work Queue page.
Clicking 'Documents' displays a list of approved, valid client documents associated with that client.
Selecting one of the documents will display the Reference File for that Client Document as long as it has been uploaded in the correct area and is in PDF format.
Outings
The People tab under Outings now has a comment box for the user to enter any related comments for that specific outing.
Active Call Screen
Now, when adding a new family member from the Active Call Screen, the application will generate a first name that correlates to the familial relationship. (I.E Child01, Child02)
Registration Portal
The user must now press submit when encontering the pop-up in the Course Registration page to submit their courses.
After submitting, a new popup with more configurable text will appear to confirm that the submission went through.
Both popups are configurable in Portal Management > Registration Portal > Additional Settings.
The post-submit setting is what controls the new pop-up.
Client Forms
There is a new Display Due Date field when submitting client forms.
This allows the application to continue displaying the form, even after its first due date passes.
Monthly Report
When a client receives Ad-Hoc services they will now show on the Staff Action Monthly Report if it falls within the month of the report.
All services show regardless of what program they were logged under.
There is also a new tab on the Staff Action Data Log for Ad-Hoc services. This is the same data that shows on the Services List page, but only for the clients that are in a Staff Action Plan.
Population Analysis Demographics
There is now an additional demographic breakout report to show population by decade.
A client county and ZIP code filter was also added.
Staff Action - Perform
There is a new setting on program sessions to have a closeout button and to select the default billable service for that program. The closeout button will act as if you are checking out all of the individuals that were selected.
The dropdown for default billable service populates based on the services that are related to the program.
On the Session Validation page, the user will now be able to edit the Selected Charge for each client.
Invoices
New privilege was added that controls whether or not the user can click on the lock icon on an invoice to unlock it.
Adverse Events
The CTCAE code chooser now has a name and pkey filter.
Activity Dashboard - Surrogate Tab
There is now a dropdown listing every other tab besides the one the user is currently editing on the Surrogate Tab field under Tab Setup.
Program Sessions
Program sessions now use the clock icon to edit the Check-In/Out history.
The system now validates the time when a client is checked in or out; the time must now correspond with the previous check in or out time.
The application now enforces that the user must check in first before ever checking out; the user will be notified of any failed check in or outs via a pop-up.
Staff Action Document Approvals via Care Manager Portal
The Care Manager Portal settings now has an additional settings option that controls all of the available panels on the screen.
The dashboard modules control visibility of panels on the Care Manager Portal home page, while the client page modules control the panels on the Client View page.
When viewing a client, there is a new tab displaying all of the document information.
The eyeball icon is used to view the document, and from there the user will be able to approve the document as usual.
Forms
There is a new option for assigning forms to a client's account.
The user can choose to enable "Carry Previous Submission Forward" to allow the application to use the previous submissions annswers to prefill the form.
The user will still be able to edit and lock the form as usual.
Data Cleanup
There are new fields that the user can filter by on the Data Cleanup page.
DOB and Creation Date are only able to be filtered with a specifc date range.
Program Pay Points
Pay Points can now be associated to a program under "Options & Checklists".
The user can control what appears in the Pay Points widget by going to Configuration, under Reference Libaray and then editing the Pay Point Code List.
Life Plan Message
The user can now edit the message that is sent through email to approvers for Care Plans.
It can be edited in configuration, under text blocks.
