What's New

Millenpro Updates

Millenpro Format was added as an option to the Invoice page.

When generating the QuickBooks or Millenpro export, the invoice will log the date of the export on the "Edit Invoice" page and the Invoice List as a new column.

After an invoice is exported, the user will not be able to add things to the invoice, such as appending staff action items to invoices from the staff action billing opportunities page.

If the user tries to submit an already submitted invoice to billing, the application will show an error. (The warning does not show when using the XLS button due to technology limitations.)

The Millenpro export rate code column now pulls from the linked service's billing modifier field, not the cost center field. This only applies to new invoices that get created after this change - old invoices will still be using the cost center field.

Life Plan Approval

Organization Divisions got a new field: Approval Team.

When adding care plan approvers from a DDP, the chosen division's approval team will also show in the list (if one exists). Selecting this and saving it will add that staff team to the Approver List.

The "Care Plan Approver Add from DDP" option received a new "Add All" Option.

The Approver Field on the Division Staff List now loads staff that are marked as approvers and those will show on the "Add from DDP" list.

People on the care plan approver list will now show which divisions that person is in.

Life Plan Summary

A new page was added to ImPowr!

Users can access this page by turning on the new functional privilege and then checking the "Requires Life Plan" option for programs under "Options & Checklists".

This page lists every account that has a care plan and shows how many they have, and some info about the most recent and next plans.

The most recent plan is defined as the care plan with an effective date in the past that is closest to today.
The next plan is defined as the one with an effective date in the future that is closest to today.

Incident - Simple Import

A new import option was added to the incident list.
Users need the add incident entity right to access this import.

There is a template file, available for download, which shows you which columns the import expects. Users can fill this out, one row per incident. This import only creates new incidents - if an incident already exists with the same victim, type, and date, the row will not be imported.

If any rows fail to import, they'll show in a popup that shows the reason why.

​Pay Points

Creating and changing pay points now get recorded in History under Account Programs.

Account Forms

New Mailing List and Add Mailing List options were added to the Account Form list page.

File Upload

All file grids in the application now show who uploaded each file in a new column.
This is only tracked on files uploaded after this change, so files that are already in the system will not show who uploaded them.

Staff Action - Work Queue

When performing any action on a staff action plan with a frequency of "Ongoing", the user can record it up to 50 times in separate tabs.

Behavior Tracking - Approvals Tab

When editing Client Document types in Configuration, under
Reference Libraries, there is a new option for tracking approval.

When "Track Approval" is checked, the option for approval mode is enabled.

The default mode is for an individual to approve the document, and setting the mode to "Multiple" will enable the full Approvals tab.

Outings - Odometer

Outings have had a slight change to the odometer values.
When the outing status is not completed, the user can now enter the odometer out value; the odometer in value can not be entered at this time, indicating why it shows instead.

When the status is set to complete, both odometer fields will now show. The odometer warning will now show as usual. Saving at this point will log the odometer values as an asset check-in/out in the system as normal.

Client Documents

Users can now attach client document types to Programs under the "Options & Checklists" tab.

Client Documents can be viewed for a selected client, as long as they have approved versions of those documents in the system, in these locations:

  1. Staff Action Work Queue
  2. Perform Staff Action
  3. IPOP Screen

Programs

The household activities list on the Edit Program screen has been renamed "Staff Tasks".

Additional Applicant Required Fields

Email, phone, and address were added as optional "required fields" for applicants.
To see these values, you need to make the contact information panel visible.

Billing RuleSet

A new billing rule option for the "Number of Staff Activities Completed" was added alongside the ability to enter a value and task name.
