What's New?
Care Plan Approvals
Approvals were added to Care Plans! Users can enable them by going to Configuration, Reference Libraries, Plan Types, and then clicking to edit a Care Plan.
All existing approvers default to required; delete and re-add them to make them optional.
Users can also add approvers and control whether they are required or not on the Care Plan Screen, under the Approvals tab.
The care plan list page will now indicate when a care plan has been fully approved with a checkmark.
A care plan is fully approved once:
If there are required approvers: once all required approvers have been approved
If there are no required approvers: once at least one approver has approved (all are optional)
If there are no approvers, the care plan will not show as approved.
Users can now filter to the rows with the approved checkmark as well.
Quick Incident Implementation
A new Quick Incident Button was added to the Account Behaviors, Staff Action - Work Queue, and the "Perform an Action" Page. The users will need the "Incident Add Entity" Right enabled to access it.
It shows on the staff action perform and edit behavior screens; both of these hide the Victim Chooser, as the victim is automatically set to the account being edited.
Creating the incident will redirect the user to the view incident screen for the one just created.
What's Improved?
Staff Action - Billing
New rate options are available to users on the Cost/Billing Schedule Page.
Users can access these options when adding a new rate to a service.
Sort orders and a one-line description were added to the ruleset. Once a user selects a rule, it will display a description of what to do.
Staff Action - Work Queue
The full appointment date and time are now shown on the Staff Action Work Queue.
Program Session Times
Users can now add a new privilege to manually edit session times on the Session Details page.
This will cause the question mark icon on the program session to become a button; users can still hover over the icon to see that person's check-in history at a glance. Clicking it will cause a popup to remove check-in/out times or add new times.
The system will enforce that a person must have alternated check-in and check-out times. In order of time, there can't be two ins or two outs in a row.
Care Plans / Life Plan Summary Page
New column on the Care Plan Summary page. This shows each client's currently enrolled programs.
As Needed Action Items
As-needed staff actions will now show 50 tabs when you go to complete them, regardless of what the number of times was set to, the same as ongoing tasks.
Active Calls
The user's program is now linked to the active call page; users are also given the option to enroll new callers into the Helpline Program. The setting to trigger the pop-up to enroll new callers must be enabled on the "Edit Helpline" Screen.
Now, when doing an active call, the user will be able to select the county that the caller is from under the "Address" section.
Facility Inspections Date
The Facility Inspections has had a couple of updates to the table: an additional column was added for the completion date and existing columns were edited to more accurately reflect the state of the facility inspection.
Facility Inspections Due Filters
The Facility Inspections Due Filters have had a couple of updates: not resolved was added to the status filter, quick filters were added on the top left-hand corner, and some of the colors on the page have been adjusted to show the due date status.
Program Sessions
Users can now show and hide absentees when looking at the Program Sessions page by using the new filters.
Checkout Options were added to Program Sessions, so now users can choose a reason for why the client was checked out and if they had a meal.
When a client is checked out with the new meal prompt and reason prompt options enabled, the user gets new options on the checkout popup.
The reason dropdown will default to whatever was set as the session's default reason. All reasons are configurable except "end of session".
The program session attendance report now shows checkout reasons and when a meal was included.
Behavior Tracking
Observations, What Happened, and Supports Used are now marked as required for Behavior Tracking.
A guidelines tab was added to Client Documents and on the Behavior Edit Screen.
Ontario Updates
There is a new Reference Library for vaccines in the configuration page!
The 45-day report now shows the owner (CCO) and the plan status.
The Missing report now also shows the clients that do not have an active or on-hold plan.
Client Documents - Approvals
A new reserved word was added for client documents.
The user can set up a new document in configuration with the new reserved words.
The user can see the reserved words in action when pressing "Print" under the approvals tab.
Now when adding an LCED, if there is an existing document, the user will be notified and be able to choose to add a new one or choose the existing document.
