What's New?

Locked-Out Staff

New optional column on the staff list and non-client account list that shows why someone is locked out. If there is no text there, the person is not locked out.
There is also a new bulk option that allows you to unlock locked accounts in bulk.

Account Behaviors

When choosing a behavior, the full list of behaviors will now pop up for the user to pick. If the client is associated with a specific Behavior Support Plan (BSP), then the user will have the option to only filter by the behaviors that are listed in the BSP.

There is a new functional privilege added called "Page - Behavior List". The IT Administrator will have to enable this privilege for your specific role.
When added, the user can access the list of behaviors when adding behaviors to a BSP.

New fields to enter a description for behavior intensity options when editing a behavior on a BSP. The intensity field on account behaviors is now a pop-up window that lists out each behavior, and their descriptions.

Staff Action - Billing

Bed checks that are listed as "out of facility' do not count for billing rules. Now, when looking at billing opportunities, only the billable bed checks will appear.

Billing rules related to the group size were added:

  • # of minutes of supports of Grp size 1
  • # of minutes of supports of Grp size 2 (this includes minutes for group size 1)
  • # of minutes of supports of Grp size 3 or more (this includes minutes for group size 1 and 2)

The user is now able to

  • configure the number of supports that the task will need with the specific group size.
  • unlock locked invoices by clicking the lock icon.

The locater code and units/time spent are visible when submitting to billing for specific programs.

What's Improved?

Assessments

Users can now filter Assessments by Client IDs.

Client List

IntakeDate and Comments columns were added to the client list screen as additional columns.

Data Cleanup

A new option on the Data Cleanup page, under "Data Inconsistencies" to find clients (accounts of type client independent/dependent or staff-client) with no files uploaded directly to their account.

Staff Action - Comment

New comment field on staff action plans. This comment can be added to a custom header or footer for a program.

Staff Action - Monthly Report

Now users are unable to delete actions from approved monthly reports. The user will have to either un-approve the report and then delete the actions or create a new report.

Life Plans

A new status was added for Life Plans, called "Expired".
Users can set plans to "Expired" just as any other status, as well as be able to filter for these expired plans on the Staff Action Plan list.

A new copy option was added for Staff Action Plans (SAPs), copying over the plan information from one plan to another; notes, files, and attached plan are not copied.

Two new report options were added:

  1. Report for 45 days since Life Plan LP Meeting/Review and still not issued.
  2. Report was added for missing care plans.
