Welcome Behavior Support Plans!
Start by enabling behavior-linking for a certain client document type.
After it is enabled, the behavior button will now appear across the application on the:
- Navigation Menu
- Client Document Type
- Staff Action List - Work Queue's Perform Section
- Staff Action List Side Panel.
Click on the new Behavior navigation menu page to see the list of all behaviors and roll-ups on the application.
Click on the Behavior ID to edit the specifics for that behavior or to link an incident to that behavior via the specified button.
New Transportation Options
One-way trips are now available to be chosen as a type of Drop-Off.
The schedule builder now includes the new drop-off options.
What's New and Improved?
Audit Trails
Bed Checks now show the time that it was completed.
Pay Points
Pay point statuses can be edited in bulk and after submission.
Forms
Add account forms to multiple accounts at the same time.
Session Staff
Anyone involved in sessions can now be edited or replaced on the session level.
Export List
There is now one grid with all the individual scope information within the Export List.
Account Program Engagements
New columns were added to the account program engagements page under additional columns filter.
Help Line
A new configuration option was added to help lines:
The ability to turn off the need for an outcome when clicking "apply" during a call.
When enabled, the application will only ask for an outcome when the "save" button is pressed.
Tips and Tricks
To avoid problems with formatting in Excel sheets, we now default imports requiring the first cell in a row to have value.
If an import needs to allow blank columns (which is unusual) this setting will need to be changed for that specific import.
