General Updates

Program-Contracts

Contracts can now be linked to one or more Programs from the Edit Program screen.

Form Library

Forms can be previewed from the Form Library page or within the individual form details.

Account forms is a new privilege that enables the user to see all forms associated with their account.

Audit Trail

Bed check updates are now visible on the Audit Trail.

Behavior List Page

A master list of behavioral events now can be accessed within the Configuration menu.

Data Cleanup

Accounts that are enrolled in a program, but have no start date are now alerted as an inconsistency.

Staff Action Workflow Updates

New Features

1. History Tab added to Staff Action Billing Page
2. Staff Action Data Log can now be filtered by who performed the logged action.
3. The Staff Action Audit page has been updated and can now print what is shown on screen.
4. Staff Action Plans will auto-set to end on the last day of the month, 6 months in the future.

Appointment Workflow

Rescheduling an Appointment

1. New checkbox that allows the program to generate a letter when rescheduling the appointment. The user must select which letter they want to generate.

2. Comments will now show on the rescheduled appointment with what appointment the comment originally came from.

3. The reason for a level of care change closure will now display on the workflow.
