ImPowr Cosmetic Update

The ImPowr application is undergoing a user interface update to the cosmetics of the website.
This includes new colors and new icons spread throughout the application.
There is only a cosmetic/visual change. There are no technical changes to any workflows or pages.

What's New and Improved?

Incidents

Names and action step names are now displayed on the incidents page's timeline.
Action step names are now tracked on the workflow steps as well.

Staff Action Plans

Actions can now be copied from any other client plans and added onto a new plan.
