Accounts
Program Engagements
A change was made to the Program Engagements side panel icons. A new Program Engagements icon has been added, directing users to the Account Program Engagements list, filtered for the client and showing all of the programs that person is in and had been in, along with their status in those programs and the start and end date of their enrollment. The More icon directs users to the Program List, filtered for that client, displaying the programs the individual is currently enrolled in (other statuses can also be selected), the number of clients active, completed, as well as on the waiting list for that program, along with the program details.
Transport Requests
The account side panel was changed from showing transport orders to showing transport requests.
Assets
Asset Expenses
A generic "usage at time of service" has been added to Asset Expenses. It can apply to any asset type - just like usage can apply to any task type.
For vehicles, the usage happens to be measured in miles. For Furniture, usage might be measured in terms of years, and for an appliance like a dishwasher, maybe in terms of wash cycles. The usage can apply to any asset type.
imPowr
imPowr uses several third party licenses and references to third party copyrighted materials. They are referenced by clicking the version number at the bottom of the page.
Learning Management
On the Courses tab, we have added a button to the Course List (Educational & Social Activities) that allows users to choose to optionally show or hide the courses on the Registration Portal. We have also added a button that allows a user to preview what that course would look like, if it were to be added to the Registration Portal.
On the Sections tab, we have added a button to the Course List (Educational & Social Activities) that allows users to easily update the status of one or more selected courses.
Programs
Workflow Enhancement
A new checkbox "Show additional form tab" was added on the program workflow configuration screen, to enable a new Additional Forms tab to display on the bottom portion of the workflow. Combined with the checkbox, a new field was added to the configuration screen where forms that are made available to that tab can be selected. Once configured, when a user accesses the program workflow, they can select the Additional Forms tab, and add a new form as part of their workflow. Clicking on the '+' in that tab allows them to name a form and identify the date it is due. Clicking on the Form icon that displays after a form is added, allows the user to select which of the configured forms they want to associate with that entry and fill out. The form then can be saved and locked and becomes part of the program workflow.
Staff Action Plans
Some new icons now display on the Care Plans associated with a Staff Action Plan (SAP). Clicking on the Transport icon, users can specify if transportation is required to carry out the POMS goal. Clicking on the Credential icon, users can specify whether or not specific credentials are required for the POMS Goal. There is also a No Overlap Restrictions icon where users can identify whether or not the goal should overlap with an action from those for a specific program.
An alert banner has been added to the top of the Care Plan page. The alerts that were added on the Additional Comments tab appear on this banner. Clicking on the alert allows the user to enter or read entered comments.
Transport Requests
Calendar Based Reporting
Next to each date on the Transport Calendar, users can now find a report icon. Clicking it redirects the user to the report page for that date, where users can choose to create Client, Driver, and Route pickup and drop-off lists.
Trip Completion Setting
When a Transport Request has been fulfilled, users can now set trip to 'Completed' in the calendar. This causes the trip to change to a green color in the Transport Calendar and causes a header to show in the Transport Request details, indicating the trip has been 'completed'. If needed, the trip can be 'un-completed'. If the trip was part of a series and the series was cancelled after the trip was completed, or if the trip was completed and a short term trip was entered for the same day, the completed trip(s) will still display in the Transport Calendar, because there were already completed. Once a request has completed trips, the schedule and purpose of a transport request can no longer be edited. To replace that request with another person or purpose, uses will need to cancel the request and then copy it to create a new one.
