Accounts

Appointments

Users can now set a default Appointment type when displaying the Appointments grid. The default is set in Configuration Options and references the Appointment Types which are created in the Configuration Reference Libraries.

Donations

Admins can now configure accounts so that users can view the number of donations an individual has made, but not see the details of those donations, such as the dollar amounts. The account role must have the Page-Donations Functional Right for individuals to be able to view the details of the donations.

Care Plans

A new filter has been added to Care Plans, to allow users to sort the Care Plan list based on the client's association with a program.

Dashboards

Customizing Charts

When configuring or editing a dashboard chart on the dashboard, users will now get a new 'Customize Chart' button if the chart type is anything but tabular. Clicking the button will bring up a new window of configuration options to edit the appearance of the chart. The options will be different for each type of chart. The options for vertical and horizontal bar charts are the ability to show the average, show the x-axis labels, show the bar labels, and stack bars to 100% (for stacked bar charts only). In the future options will be added for other chart types.

The y-axis bounds control what values show on the y-axis - setting these bounds to be smaller than the incoming data could cause bars to be cut off. Label formatting lets you apply formatting to y-axis labels and numeric labels above bars. The bar label contents defaults to name, which causes the name of each bar to show on it, but you can now change it to value. There are then several checkbox settings that modify other aspects. Note: "show average" appears as an option for most chart types for now, but it doesn't have any effect if you're using a multi-series line graph or stacked bar chart

The line graph also has a large number of options. You can change how the line gets drawn, toggle whether values show above the line or not, and toggle if the line should fill in for missing values (interpolate).

These options also show up on the reports page. Changing the chart type to anything other than tabular will show this gear icon, and clicking it will show the same customization window. Customizing on the reports page doesn't save the customization anywhere, it's just temporary so that you can change how a chart looks before printing or screenshotting it.

Printing Charts

A new icon on the dashboard next to the name on charts lets users export a png formatted image of the chart if the icon is clicked. The exported images will have a transparent background, so users can easily put them on something like a presentation or report of any color.

Displaying Instructions

When executing a dataset in the Standard Reports screen, any instructions that were entered on the dataset will now display at the top of the report page.

Documentation

Some new settings have been established for Medical/Client Document. These include: Default to has Expiration, Track Review, Track Approval, Track Owner, and Track Authorship. Depending on which is selected, different panels will display in the Medical/Client Documents. The setup is by document type, and is found in the Configuration Reference Libraries.

Entrepreneurial Tools

Customer Discounts

When booking an order, agencies have always been able to apply a discount to the invoice after it is created. A new feature has been added to entrepreneurial businesses that provides a way to preassign some discounts, such as those for Chamber Members, AAA, AARP, Senior Discounts, etc., so users don't to go into each invoice after the fact, potentially forgetting to apply the discount. As soon as the invoice is created, upon clicking Apply or Save, the pre-assigned customer discounts will automatically be applied to the invoice.

Incident Response Workflows

Medication Details

Users can now add additional Rights to the Medication Details. Previously the only medication rights were Right Dose, Drug, Person, Route, and Time. Now, by adding additional medication rights in Configuration Lookup Lists, additional Rights can be added to the form.

Learning Management

Course Invoicing

A new Invoice Wizard allows individuals to select one or more courses for invoicing (or select all courses whether visible or not - for "all case") and then produce one invoice for each distinct student and each distinct payment mode, versus clicking on Create Invoice, which creates a single invoice that includes multiple selected students. The Invoice Wizard will ignore those students who have already been invoiced.

Registration Portal

A change was made to the Registration Portal to allow mobile phone support. When a guest registers on the page, the form they need to fill out is now mobile phone compatible and will display properly on the phone.

Reporting

An advanced reporting feature has been added to imPowr. On the reports and report viewer, if the dataset has a reserved word [HIGHLIGHT] and a column named "RowType" then RowType=0 will highlight in light blue and the text will be in bold. The column itself will be hidden. The word gets entered as a comment: --[HIGHLIGHT]

Networks

The ability to add or delete Metric Group subquestions in bulk, has been added.

Entered Metric Form values from the prior submittal, will prefill the current form. If a template is used for entry of the data, the template will also contain the prefilled values.

Service Requests

Completed Service Requests / Work Orders now display the form that was included as part of thework order submittal.

Transport Requests

To improve the performance of the display, a change was made to the Transport Calendar to only show 1 week at a time, versus a monthly view.

Clicking on the Reports button in the Transport Calendar will open a new window containing all Transport Reports, so users have a single location to access the reports from.

Wh viewing the details of a transport request in the Transport Calendar, users can filter the list by the driver as well as assign a replacement driver. We don't change the request because it will change all future assignments too, so instead, we set a replacement for that one trip.

The ability to assign assign or remove replacement drivers, in bulk, has been added.

Users can now select a category and reason for a transport order. The drop-down list of categories and reasons are user configurable. The initial categories are Elderly - Non-Ambulatory, Elderly - Ambulatory, Handicapped - Ambulatory, Handicapped - Non-Ambulatory, Other. The initial reasons are Medical Appointment, Employment, Family Visit, and Educational Activity.

Transporation routes can now be created in the Configuration Reference Libraries and can be used on Transport Requests for both Pickup and Drop Off. The routes are user configurable.
