Accounts
Account Program Status
There is a new Hide option in the Account Program Statuses in Configuration, that hides the statuses that that has been identified as not being used. When selected, these statuses no longer display in the Status in Program drop down list.
Program Matching
Accounts can be matched up to programs based on their service interests or their age. Refer to the programs section for more details.
Dashboards
The ability to display a Bar Chart or Multi-line graph is now possible in imPowr. When creating a line graph or horizontal/vertical bar chart on a dashboard or for a report, if the data has 4 columns instead of the expected 3, the first column is treated as a "series" column and the graph can be either a multi-line line graph or a stacked bar chart if one of those are selected as the dashboard Chart Type.
Invoices
Invoices can optionally be exported to a new Quickbook format - making it easier for those agencies who use Quickbooks for their accounting systems.
If a price change has occurred after an invoice has been created, the system will display a message indicating the list price of the items has changed since the invoice was created.
Notification Policies
Entrepreneurial Tools
Users can now create Notification Policies related to the Business Customers who are involved with the Entrepreneural Tools.
Programs
Program Matching
Service Interests have been added to the account profile and can be used to match an individual to a program which addresses a similar interest. The list of service interests is a user-configurable lookup list in Configuration. The service interests are set up in each program in the Matching Criteria panel in the Details tab of the program. The service interests are also set up on each account, in the account profile. If the panel does not display, it will need to be setup in Configuration for that particular account type. When the Account Explore link is pressed, the search will look at the service interests that match between those in the programs and those on the account profile and will identify the program when that match occurs.
Similar to the Service Interests, Programs can also be matched to an individual based on their age. Age ranges (which can be configured in the Configuration Lookup Lists) can be selected in a program to identify the appropriate ages for that program. When the Account Explore link is pressed in the account profile, the search will look at the programs which have age ranges that match the individual's age on their account profile and will identify the program when that match occurs.
Staff Action Plans
Alerts about the client can now be added to Staff Action Plans. The alerts currently can include things like Flight Risk, Food Allergies, and Reacts to Loud Noises, etc. Administrators can change add or remove items from the Alert list in the Configuration Lookup Lists.
