LCEDs (Level of Care Eligibility Determination)

An option has been added to imPowr that automatically sets the end date of the LCED to 364 days after the start date.


POMS (Personal Outcome Measures)

The POMS which are used in Staff Action Plans (SAPs), are user configurable. POMS Factors, the Goals associated with them (My Goals), and POM Goal Favorites (Provider Assigned Goals) can be set up in Configuration Reference Libraries.

Data Management

Imports

Key Date fields, that are used in Account Programs, are now available for importing data, when creating a new Data Import file. Additionally, options to match on alien number are also now included for Account imports,

Donations

A new Payroll Deduction donation type has been added to Donations.

Metric Forms

Metric Form Pre-filling

If selected as an option in the Metric Group, the system will Pre-fill the previous month's answers into the current Metric Form submission so users won't have to worry about those rarely-changing values, while also giving them a way to update those values if necessary.


Metric Form Sub Questions

An option to specify "Subquestions" to a metric in a metric group is now available. Users can answer those sub questions and have the system perform a calculation on the entered values (there are options for sum, product, avg, min, max). This will be useful when collecting the data that comprises the totals, such as the individual insurance payers involved when tracking patient bed counts, so both the payer data and the bed count data can be reported on.

Programs

Program Workflows

A new Workflow Report is available in the MyDashboard workflow list. The report requires appropriate security rights to be able add it to an account role, for access on that page.


Changes to the Program Workflow, including changes to the workflow action step visibility rules, are now captured in the Audit Trail.

Staff Action Plans

When creating a new Staff Action Plan, users can click the Additional Content tab to be able to create a plan header and or footer, using the built in work processor. Logos and other items can utilize the Reserved words setup for Staff Action Plans.


By selecting Add Action, users can now add multiple goals to the Staff Action Plan, with a single click.
