Account Management
Consents
Users with the appropriate security rights, can now delete approved consents.
Entrepreneurial Tools
Invoices
Users have always been able to add comments to all nvoices such as who to call for questions, but now they can also add comments on a single invoice by selecting that invoice in the Customer Invoice list and entering details into the edit box which pops up for that invoice (this is also where the user can add deductions or change the invoice status). The entered details will display in the Details field on that invoice, upon saving.
Orders
A new monthly order repeat pattern can be used when creating repetitive order. Users can repeat orders based on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th day occurrence of the day of the week in the month, and repeat that order every 1 or more months. The number of times it repeats continues to be after a defined number of occurrences, or after a defined number of months.
Equipment
Acknowledgements
When a user receives an email containing a link to acknowledge their receipt of a piece of equipment, clicking on that link now brings them directly to the acknowledgement form after the log into the system.
Forms
Default values can now be set for single line text blocks in Forms, by selecting a client account program based reserved word in the Input Style setup section of the Question .
imPowr
If no items have been configured on their MyDashboard page, users will now receive a message explaining how to configure the page (assuming they have the appropriate security rights) or will advise the user to contact their system administrator.
Learning Management
Invoicing
Once a student has been flagged as being Ready to Invoice, when they are selected in the Client & Partner Course Activity Screen to be invoiced, users have the option of selecting an organization, account, or primary care account as the payer. If multiple clients are selected, the will be included on the same invoice, but the default payer will be based on the first account only.
The entered invoice amount adjustments, now display on the invoice.
Users can now display the Additional Support Staff tied to a course activity, by selecting the optional display column button in the Educational and Social Activities Course List.
Portals
Provider Portal
On the Appointments Page the owner filter is now a dropdown, allowing users to filter by Not Assigned or other owners. This is on both views of the appointment list and the appointment calendar.
Staff Action Plans
Locked plans can now be unlocked by users with the approriate security right, by clicking on the lock.
Transport Requests
The ability to enter Red Flags, such as 'Tends to eat on the bus', 'Must sit behind driver', 'Swallowing Problems' , Etc., has been added to Transport Request. These Red Flags are setup in the Configuration Lookup Lists.
