Account Management

Vehicle Drivers

When an account is designated to be an authorized vehicle driver (on their account profile), they can now also be designated as a 'one-time' driver by clicking the 'Manual Review on File' checkbox in the "Other" section of the Driver information screen. The selection of this checkbox designates a "one time driver manual review" was performed and is on file.

Educational and Social Activities

Client Course Activity

In the course details for a particular course, users can now check a box to flag an account as being 'Ready to Invoice'. This designation will also display in the 'Ready' column in the Client & Partner Course Activity screen.

Course financials are now displayed on the student list for a course section. Users can indicate the student payment mode as well as the adjusted price. The price adjustment is done in the edit mode in the student's details (for that course).

When adding new courses, users now have the option copy information from current courses. Options include the ability to copy exams, sections, and pass requirements, among others.

Portals

Provider Portal

Users with the appropriate security rights can now unlock a locked Provider Evaluation form. Once the form is unlocked users will be able edit it again. If the associated workflow step was already completed, it will stay completed, the only change is that the form will be unlocked. The reason entered for unlocking the form will be logged to the audit trail.

System Data

Data Imports

A new feature has been added to imPowr for data imports. An organization can now work directly with their CCS Account Manager to create an import file template that they can use to import accounts, or Accounts and Programs, on an ad-hoc basis. This can be done without the need for the CCS developers to get involved. There are some mandatory fields that must be setup on the import form, so organizations are strongly encouraged to work with their account manager to set this up.

An additional feature was added to the imports which allows the settings of those mandatory fields. Once these are set, they do not even appear in the import file and no longer have to be filled out.

When a user tries to import data from another system into imPowr, and the values in that system for a certain field do not exist in imPowr, the value will be ignored and a null value will go into that field in imPowr instead. A change was made that allows users to set up rules that will translate values from another system into values imPowr recognizes, so those errors won't occur. Only certain fields are currently supported (Account Status and Ethnicity), but more will be added in the future.

Diagnosis Codes

In configuration settings users can now select and save their favorite DSM codes for quick access when completing forms.
