Accounts
Account Review
A new feature has been added to accounts. With the proper functional security rights, and with adding the link to the account type configuration, users can now click on an "Account Review" button to review the account profile and confirm that the key identifying fields are correct. When all have been confirmed the account will be marked as reviewed. If any of the fields are changed, the reviewed status will be removed and will need to be reconfirmed. The account review is captured in the Audit Trail.
Learning Management
A sign-in sheet and attendance report have been added to the course session details screen. Instructors can use to Sign-in sheet when they need to document a student's actual attendance. The Attendance report captures the student's names, their attendance status including their optionally captured arrival and departure times (if entered), as well as any comments which may have been entered for the student during the class session. Both the Sign-in sheets and Attendance Report are printable.
On the Course Session Attendance Page, instructors can set the status of of their students to Complete using a dialog box, which defaults to the current date as the completion date, but allows the instructor to easily select another date if desired.
New Registration related reserved words have been added to Notification Policies, so they can now be used in the messages sent via notifications.
Organizations
A new option to display Contact Account Types and Account Roles has been added to Organizations.
Outings
Vehicles related information, including the vehicle and Drivers, can now be captured when adding an outing. The entry of check-in / check-out odometer readings for the outing, also updates the mileage / usage on the vehicle.
Programs
Program Sessions
When adding new students to a program session via the Program Session Calendar, by clicking on the session, followed by the Details button, and then adding a student by clicking on the '+' in the Program Session Activities Screen, the list of clients displayed now only shows those clients who are enrolled in the program, but have not yet been added to the program session.
Program Matching
When setting up matching criteria for programs, there is now an additional option for some of the selectable attributes to use for matching. Users can now set an attribute to "exact match". When that is done, the client must match whatever is chosen, otherwise the matched program won't appear on their search list. If the user sets the attribute to "cannot match", it's the opposite - the client must not match whatever is chosen, otherwise this program won't appear on the list. For example, if the user choose "female" under gender, and set it to "exact match", only clients with their gender set to "female" will see the program in their search list. For any other client, even if they match on other attributes, this program won't show up because their gender doesn't match.
When searching for programs and matching on them, you can now filter by division.
Tasks
When completing a task, entering a note into the Confirm Completion window that opens, will result in that entered text being added to the Notes section of the completed task, along with a notation that you entered it, and the date and time it was submitted.
Transport Requests
Transportation Request creations, completions, un-completions, and cancellations are now captured in the Audit Trail.
Treatment Plans
Users have always been able to restrict who can see the treatment plan list via Engagement functional rights in the Account Role. But, when a person had access to the list, they had access to all treatment plans, for all clients. A new Engagement functional right has been added which can be used for the active treatment plans displayed in the account profile Plans, Documents, & Assessments side panel. By granting access to this functional right, and removing access to the Treatment Plan page, users can restrict the viewing of the treatment plans to only those on individual client pages - and not provide access to the list of All treatment plans.
