Client Medical Documents
- External Authors of the document can now be added. Users can now select the External Organization and add the author's name to the document.
- LCED and DDP documents have been moved to the Medical documents page. Seperate LCED and DDP pages still currently exist in imPowr, so Admins can choose which page(s) they want their team to use. The existing security rights apply to both sets of pages.
Learning Management
- Classes often have supporting volunteers, interns and observers, so a new tab, "Volunteers", has been added so those support members can be added to the course.
- The ability to assign or remove instructors from classes, in bulk, has been added to the course schedule screen.
Portals
- Users can now add classes to a Shopping Cart in the Registration Portal. When they are ready to check out, they can either do so as a guest or log in to their account. When Guests are approved for a course, an account will be created for them in the system. Logging into the Registration portal also allows users to see past experiences with the course(s). Link
- In the portal setup page for the registration portal, users now have the option to require additional authentication fields at login.
Referrals
- The tracking of how and where a Referral came from (example: email, phone, verbal, another organization, etc.) is now possible via the filter and optional column display for the 'Delivery Method' in the Referral List.
Account Services & Program Activity
*Users can now assign clients to groups and schedule group services from the account service and program activity screens.
