Courses
- Users can add tags to courses as they edit the course, and use those tags to filter the courses in the Registration Portal. Course tags are created in Configuration lookup lists Details.
- The ability to complete everyone in a class on a certain date can now be done through the activity screen. Just filter the list for the course, select the individuals, and the click the Group Assign button.
Entrepreneurial Tools
- Entrepreneurial Tools have been enhanced to allow users to create Business Workflows, which provide the flexibility to more accurately model the imPowr process after their own process, as well as provide access to forms for instructions, check-off activities, and data capture. Default workflows can be set up on a per customer basis.
- The workflow can be navigated by clicking on the display of the steps. Each step will take the user to a page to either fill out a form or acknowledge the completion of that step.
- Users can designate the desired status of that step that will display upon that step's completion.
- Forms can be set up to pre-fill from previously entered forms, if the forms have matching QCodes.
- The forms remain unlocked until the user chooses to lock the forms.
- Users can now designate whether the products the business is using are active. This allows them to keep a history of past products/pricing as well as lets them choose only active products for their orders.
Forms
- When creating and viewing forms, users now have the ability to display the conditional rules in addition to the QCodes. That makes it easier to understand under which rule/situation/condition, a certain question in the form applies.
- ICD-9 diagnosis codes can now be optionally made selectable on forms when the data entry method selected is Account Diagnoses.
- Radio buttons indicating "Evaluated", "Not Applicable", and "Unable to Determine" can now optionally be displayed along with the Substances and Diagnosis selected entries.
imPowr
- Organizational Admins can now change the Special Headers on portals and other imPowr screens in Configuration Option: Logos - Alternative Text. The Special Headers can be set up to similar to the following:
Learning Management - Courses
- Course Pricing and Attendance Limits can now be assigned to a course in the course setup and be displayed in the Registration Portal. The default pricing can be overwritten based on the session.
Programs
- Users can now configure pre-filling of forms in the configuration of Program Workflow. At various steps which use forms, users can have data from a prior form 'move forward' to the new form, such as using an eligibility assessment form to collect some data - then when the person gets approved, that data flows to the full application which has additional fields and questions. There are configuration 3 options available:
- Use the form defaults.
- Allow the user to copy responses from another form to pre-fill from.
- Automatically pre-fill a form from another form when the step in the workflow is loaded.
- Only data from questions that share the same QCode will be copied over.
- When users Save the new form entries while doing a side-by-side comparison of forms as part of the program workflow (prior to submittal), the system will highlight the responses on the new form that differ from those entered on the old form. Hovering over the displayed icon provides a tooltip explaining the difference.
- If a Program Workflow action step is referenced by another action step within the same workflow, that relationship is now displayed as a link in the step setup, so users can go to that step and make changes if needed.
Portals
- In the Provider Portal, a new copy function has been added to the Progress Reports, so users can copy an old Progress Report and update it as needed, to generate a newer report.
- When users fill in a form for a provider progress report in the Provider Portal, they can optionally choose a previous form to prefill data from, if there are existing forms filled in for the selected person's workflow, or previous progress reports have been done and have not been submitted yet. Selecting a form will prefill data from questions with matching qcodes.
- When logging into the Registration Portal, basic information about the course now displays, including any past experience(s) the student may have had with that course.
